Long delivery time and confusing sizing
So, I ordered something and they said it would take like 2-5 weeks to get to Canada from the US. That's way too long, don't you think? And it's coming from Utah, which isn't even that far from here. It's been over a week since I placed my order and the delivery status hasn't changed at all. I think it's going to be at least another week before I even get an update. Ugh.
Size discrepancy in item, partial refund issue
I bought something that was supposed to be small but it turned out to be way bigger than I thought. When I tried to return it, I only got back some of the money I paid, which even included the shipping costs. I was pretty disappointed and felt like the company was trying to trick me. I like their workout stuff, but I won't be buying anything else from them because of their unfair refund policy.
Expensive shipping
I was so surprised by the crazy expensive shipping fees I had to shell out, especially after dealing with customs. And to top it off, the company went and deleted my review pointing out this issue. The slow shipping and iffy tracking just made me more annoyed. Plus, the customer service was terrible, basically saying it was all on me if any returns got lost. The products weren't even that great for the hefty prices, it felt like I was paying extra just for the influencer's brand name.
High-waisted leggings
I gotta say, I was pretty let down by my shopping experience at this store. I bought some high-waisted leggings but they turned out to be way too small. I tried to send them back for a refund, but all they did was send me the same leggings back for an exchange. When I tried to talk to customer service about it, they weren't willing to help me out or fix the problem. So now I'm stuck with leggings that don't even fit and I gotta go through my bank to fight the charges. And to top it off, the size chart is totally off, which just makes things even more frustrating.
Bra and leggings
I was super excited to give their stuff a shot, so I bought a bra and some yoga pants. But man, was I bummed when I got them and realized they run a whole size too small. Even though I followed the size chart, both pieces were way too snug and not comfy at all. And when I tried to swap the pants for a bigger size, they were all conveniently sold out. To top it off, they only let me switch pants for more pants, when I really wanted a different top instead. It's pretty annoying when a company can't handle simple exchanges, especially when it could've meant more sales for them. All in all, my experience with their stuff and customer service has been pretty lousy, eh.
Fitness instructor, versatile, durable, portable
As a fitness instructor, I've tried different mats, but none beat the versatility and durability of this one. It's now a must-have in my fitness routine. What I love most is how easy it is to carry around - I can pack it in my bag and teach or workout anywhere, which is super handy for my busy lifestyle.
Overpriced and faulty activewear
I was really disappointed with my purchase at this store. The activewear I got was way too expensive and the quality was just awful. The leggings wouldn't even stay up properly when I wore them for everyday stuff, never mind during a workout. I wish I had picked a different brand and now I regret spending my money there. And to top it off, their return policy is just plain terrible. They want everything to be unworn with the tags still on for returns, and there's only a short amount of time to bring stuff back. It's just ridiculous.
Skirts didn't fit
I bought two skirts, but they didn't fit properly at all. One was way too small, like trying to fit into a sausage casing, and the other was too big, kept slipping down. The sizes were totally off. I contacted customer service for assistance, but got no response. I even suspect that one of the skirts was labeled incorrectly! I have a gift card to use, but I'm unsure about purchasing from them again.
Cute leggings with side pocket
These leggings are so cute and comfy, eh! I love the side pocket because it's perfect for carrying my phone when I'm on the go. The only issue I had was that the pocket wasn't closing properly, but when I reached out to customer service, they responded super quickly and offered to either refund me or send a replacement. We went back and forth a few times and each response was super fast, so we were able to sort everything out in just one day. It was way quicker than other times I've had to deal with customer service drama, eh.
Yoga mats, booty bands, and backpacks for personal and commercial use
I bought some stuff from this store not too long ago and lemme tell ya, I was really impressed with the quality. I got some yoga mats that were way better than the ones I had before. They're strong, easy to clean, and give me good support when I'm working out.
Cloud Hoodie
The shipping was fine, but to be honest, the hoodie wasn't as great as everyone was saying. I mean, Cassey's ads are nice and everything, but the hoodie didn't really suit me. It's comfortable, sure, but nothing special compared to my other hoodies. Also, it's too long and looks a bit odd when I zip it up. Cassey's videos make it seem amazing, but in reality, it's just not that great.
Activewear, quality, value, exchange program, bras, Ambition Bra
I've been buying from this brand for the last couple of years and I gotta say, all my workout clothes are from them. Their stuff is top-notch - I bought these leggings ages ago and they still look brand new, I wear them all the time. And for the price, you can't beat it. Their gear lasts forever, definitely worth it.
Sizing guide was wrong
I ordered something based on their size chart, but it ended up being too small! Returning it was a total nightmare. The process is so tricky, you can only do it one way and if you don't own a printer, good luck finding a UPS store that will print the return label from your phone. It wasted so much time and left me so annoyed. If I had known that returns would be so complicated, I wouldn't have bought from them in the first place. Why can't I just send it back without the shipping cost being deducted from my refund? I'd be willing to pay USPS to handle it. Why don't they offer that option?
Lost package, excellent customer service
I bought something recently but it never showed up because there were delivery issues. I tried to find the package but it got lost in transit. Luckily, I contacted customer service and they were really helpful. They gave me a refund for the lost order, which I was very thankful for. I was sad that I didn't get my stuff, but I was happy with the good customer service I got.
Cloud Hoodie
This hoodie is exactly what I've been searching for! The quality is top-notch and it's my new favorite piece in my closet. I just can't seem to take it off, it's that amazing!
Overpriced products, poorly made with inaccurate sizing
I can't believe how rude this place is! I got tricked into getting some stuff for my daughter for the holidays, and it was all a total disaster. The things were badly made and the sizes were all off. And on top of that, they make you pay to send stuff back and you only have a short amount of time to do it. I'm super let down and I won't ever shop there again.
Quality improvement, unique designs, fast shipping, eco-friendly packaging
I've been shopping at this store for a while now, and I gotta say, their products have really improved a lot. Their designs are unique and way better than other brands out there. And they ship things crazy fast, which is awesome. I also like that they use eco-friendly veggie bags for packing, they break down way quicker than regular plastic bags.
Leggings are too short
The sizing chart is all wrong I swear! I measured myself perfectly and the leggings I bought are way too short. And get this - you gotta pay to send them back if you want your money back. And to top it off, there weren't any other sizes for me to switch them for. It's so frustrating!
Jacket and calendar
I can't believe the awful experience I had with this online store. I ordered a jacket and calendar, which wasn't cheap, for over $100, and they said it would be delivered by mid-November. It's now mid-December and I still haven't received anything. When I reached out to customer service, they said my first order must have messed up so they sent a second one, without even saying sorry. And now they are saying they can't control the shipment, like it's no big deal that my Christmas gift will be late. It's not supposed to be a post-Christmas gift, it's meant to be here for Christmas! Plus, they haven't offered any compensation for the bad delivery. I'm so mad about this.
Oversized and undersized clothing
I've ordered from this company two times now, and both times the sizing has been way off. The first time, the clothes were way too big even though I followed their sizing chart. I didn't bother returning them because the shipping cost was almost the same as the refund. The second time, the items were ridiculously small. I ordered an XL but got something more like a size 10 or 12. Returning them was a pain too since I had to pay for the return shipping, which just added to the total cost.
