I'm really frustrated with how little help I'm getting from this company. It's like their customer service team doesn't know anything or doesn't want to help. I've talked to a few support reps and it seems like they have no idea about the games they're supposed to be supporting. Their responses are just generic messages that don't really solve my problems. They keep asking for the same information over and over, and they even suggested I reset my whole PC for a bug they should know about. It's crazy to think a big company like this can act so poorly towards their customers. I can't help but wonder if they're doing this on purpose to mess with players.

I just bought this software and, to be honest, I'm pretty happy with how it works. But man, I ran into a big problem when I had to reactivate it after my computer died. It took me a painful 3 months to sort out the authorization issue, which was a real pain. The customer service needs some work - I could have used faster help to make things easier. If you're wondering about all the bad reviews, just remember that everyone's experience can be different. For me, it wasn't a great time thanks to that authorization problem.
