    Trek Roscoe 7 bike

    I got this bike from the 8th and Colorado store in July 2021. The tire was messed up and they didn't fix it right. They made me buy a new tire. I complained to Trek HQ but didn't get anywhere. Every time I went back for small fixes, they messed up. The new manager is rude and told me to leave. I'm spreading the word about how unprofessional they are!

    My experience with this company was really disappointing. I sent an email about an order and was told it would take 7-10 days for a response. I didn't hear back, so I tried reaching out on their Facebook page with no luck. When I called, I couldn't talk to anyone and was told to go back to email. Feeling frustrated with the lack of communication, I asked to cancel my order on Facebook after seeing negative reviews. The reply I got was so unprofessional, full of insults and name-calling, and they said they didn't want my business. This kind of customer service is totally unacceptable and I wouldn't recommend dealing with them.

    So, I went to this bike shop not long ago to pick up a bike accessory, and I gotta tell ya, I was really let down by the service. It felt like pulling teeth just trying to place my order, and the customer service was seriously lacking. Then, when my item finally showed up, it wasn't what was promised and I had to go through all the trouble of returning it. On top of all that, the prices weren't all that great compared to other bike shops around here. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this place to any cyclist looking for an easy and stress-free shopping trip.

    Cable installation service

    I just had a really bad time at that bike shop. The manager was super rude and disrespectful, accused me of lying, and then kicked me out. They made me pay over $300 for a cable installation that wasn't even done right. I had to go back 4 times and they just kept giving me excuses. Definitely stay away from that place!

    I just bought a mountain bike from this bike shop, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service. Even with all the shipping delays happening right now, my bike came in a decent amount of time.     I got a new bike last week and the back wheel thingy broke after only 3 rides around the block. I messaged them, and they took so long to reply and then just said they couldn't do anything about it. Ugh, so frustrating.

    Emergency part replacement

    My recent trip to the bike shop was amazing. I was heading to the demo forest in the Santa Cruz mountains when I noticed a part had fallen off my front wheel. The folks at the shop, especially the manager and head tech, really went out of their way to assist me. Even though they didn't have the exact spare part, they managed to find a solution from another bike so I could keep riding. Their commitment and willingness to help were really something. They also gave me some great advice on the best trails in the area. I'm so thankful for their outstanding service and help.

    Recent online bike purchase

    I recently bought a bike online that was supposed to come already put together by the company. I could have just gone to a store nearby, but they didn't have the colour I wanted. The bike got here pretty quickly, but I was let down by the assembly job done by the company. The handlebars had a sticker that was stuck on badly and hard to remove, the cranks were all scratched up when it got here, and some parts weren't wired right, so I had to put in extra work to get it set up. I was hoping for better service since the assembly was mandatory. Now I have to take it to a local store to make sure the assembly was done right.

    My experience buying a New Santa Cruz Hightower C S online from this store was great. At first, I was unsure about getting such a pricey bike online, but I don't regret it.     Gravel bike and hard tail mountain bike purchase

    I recently got myself a gravel bike and a hard tail mountain bike from this store here. I bought them online and picked them up at the SF location. The whole buying process went really smoothly and lived up to what I was expecting in terms of service. But let me tell you, where Mike's Bikes really impressed me was in their service department. The staff there treated me like one of their own, really going the extra mile to make sure my bikes were taken care of. I've had some not-so-great experiences at other shops before, but Mike's Bikes was like a breath of fresh air. They didn't just do a great job with regular maintenance, but also helped me out when I messed up my own bike repairs. I gotta give special props to Devin and Rene - their kindness and know-how really made a difference for me. After a nasty accident left my SC Stigmata in rough shape, they managed to fix everything up and get me back on the road. The professionalism and attention to detail I got from the team at Mike's Bikes really sets them apart in the industry. It's not always easy to write raving reviews for bike shops, but when it comes to Mike's Bikes, it's a piece of cake. If I could, I'd give them 6 stars without a doubt.

    I brought my bike to Mike's Bikes recently to get a new headset installed. When I went to pick it up, I noticed that my rear bike lights were missing. Those lights were not only pricey but also unique, and they really made my bike stand out. It's crazy to think they were gone, especially since the seat had been adjusted so the staff should have seen them. When I asked about the lights, the staff didn't seem to care and wouldn't take responsibility. I'm positive the lights were on the bike when I brought it in for service. It's frustrating to have my stuff treated carelessly, especially after paying a good amount for the service.

    Orbea Wild bike purchase

    I bought two bikes from this shop not long ago. I got an Orbea Wild and then a fancy one a month later. The customer service was brutal. The first bike took a while to get to me, but I was okay with it. The second bike was even worse - it arrived late and was missing some important stuff like paperwork, manual, and shock accessories. Plus, it looked like it had been used already, with scratches and a bell attached to its charger. When I contacted customer service about it, they gave me a disappointing answer.

    Shimano RT900 Disk rotor

    So, I bought this Shimano RT900 Disk rotor from this store not too long ago. I was really excited to get my hands on it quickly since they said it would only take 2-4 business days for pick up. But after 3 days, I saw that it was out of stock on their website. When I reached out to customer service, they just told me they were out of stock with no update on when it would be back. I was pretty upset because I picked this store thinking they were reliable. The fact that they didn't keep me in the loop about the stock situation was disappointing and made me feel like I wasted my time. When I order something important like a bike part, I expect to be told right away if there are any changes. This whole experience wasn't great and now I'm unsure if I can trust this store again in the future.

    I thought the bike rack was a steal because of the low price, but man, my time with this store has been rough.     These folks at the bike shop really know what they're doing! I brought in my old school bike that needed some serious love, and they did an amazing job fixing it up.
