I thought the bike rack was a steal because of the low price, but man, my time with this store has been rough. I ordered it over a week ago and they charged me right away, even before the dang thing shipped out. I tried reaching out to customer service to see what's up, but turns out they were all out for a ride and couldn't be reached. It's super annoying not hearing back from them and not knowing what's going on. I was hoping for better service from a bike company, you know?
