    Lost thousands in retirement money

    Don't trust those guys! They went and changed my risk level without even giving me a heads up, and it ended up costing me big time in missed gains. Their customer service is just not up to par, takes forever to hear back from them. Honestly, it feels like they have no idea what they're even doing with my money.

    Deceptive Car Rental Insurance

    This website is so sneaky, eh. They don't include insurance in the price they first show you for renting a car. When you actually go to get the car, they push you hard to buy their pricey insurance, bumping up the cost big time from what they first said. I've been tricked by this more than once, so I'm telling you all to stay away from this shady stuff.

    Satellite phone purchase

    I recently bought a satellite phone for safety during my backpacking trips, but man, oh man, the customer service from the company was a major letdown. I tried following the instructions to send messages, but they just weren't going through, putting my safety on the line. When I rang them up to cancel my membership because of the faulty product, the rep didn't take me seriously and kinda hinted that it was my own fault for not knowing how to use the phone properly. It took me ages to finally cancel, during which time they kept charging me with no fix in sight. I was floored to see other customers with similar complaints, really makes you doubt the reliability of their products, eh.

    Poor quality bras

    I bought some bras from this store and man, was I ever let down by what I got. They were so flimsy, no support at all! And don't get me started on the colour - looked nothing like the pics online. Trying to send them back? What a headache! The return shipping costs were ridiculous, way more than what the bras were worth. Overall, just a horrible shopping experience.

    Shirt made in an overseas factory

    As someone who cares about where my clothes come from, I was pretty disappointed to find out that the shirt I bought was made in a factory overseas instead of here at home. It's frustrating when a brand promotes American-made products but doesn't follow through. And to top it off, when my order was shipped to Canada, I ended up having to pay $70 in duties and customs fees, which really added up. But when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they kind of brushed off my concerns and didn't really address the issues.
