Quick delivery, weird balance

Ordered last week and the package showed up faster than I expected. I booted it Saturday night and immediately noticed the game tips the scales towards one faction — feels a bit unfair. Customer support was friendly and tried to help, which I appreciated.

Done with the grind
1 reviews
I hesitated before buying. Read the threads, saw the scores. Wanted something to unwind with after work, short sessions on evenings and lunch breaks. The doubts didn't go away. Kills per match tanked. AI teammates are useless, squad mechanics feel broken. Graphics look dated. Updates change very little. I tried sticking with it for weeks. Still, one map is weirdly fun and the soundtrack is oddly catchy.

not great — I'd only recommend with big caveats. I got it for short commute sessions because my back can't do long gaming, but regional servers are spotty, controls feel janky, and it's full of paywalls and grind. Glad it wasn't worse.

Streaming glitch blues

I liked the game right away. Feels chunky in a fun way. Platoons are clever and the zombies event hits that CoD itch. I play it between work calls and stream a few times a week, so it fit my routine. Then it flagged me for 'cheating' mid-stream after I alt-tabbed to close another buggy tab. I reopened, restarted, still blocked from the Zombies match. Frustrating and a mood-killer, honestly. I want them to fix it.

Half-love, half-eye-roll

why did I even re-download this? I came back because I’d burned out last year and wanted something to fiddle with on my lunch breaks, not redo an entire skill tree. I almost didn’t buy in — worried it’d be pay-to-win, buggy, or just plain stingy to casual players. Some of those fears were true: the sounds are odd, research drags if you won’t pay, and the merge did leave my old progress feeling like a bad trade. But somehow the core gameplay kept pulling me back. It’s weirdly clever, and when you get a good run it really clicks. So yeah, still annoyed at some design choices, and it’s not polished, but it does what I needed — a distracting, sometimes brilliant time-sink. Would I recommend it? With caveats, yes.

Tank shells feel like confetti — fix that and it’s golden

I’m pretty happy with Enlisted overall, but the ballistics and destruction are the thing holding it back. Long version: when I fire a tank shell, I want it to behave like a shell — not like a polite suggestion. AP rounds should punch through things. HE should make a mess. Right now, they mostly don’t. I’ve driven a heavy tank into a clump of small trees and a shed and honestly? The world barely shrugged. Same as when I lob a HE into a house and people stroll out looking like they took a nap. That mismatch jars. It breaks immersion. It feels off every time.
I’m coming from games like Insurgency: Sandstorm and Hell Let Loose, where different calibres actually act different — you can tell by sound and effect which round you used. That’s the comparison I keep making, because it’s not rocket science, it’s just sensible physics and some tasty FX. Ricochets that ping unpredictably, unexploded shells, proper shrapnel, dust, torn tree limbs, collapsed walls — those details matter. They make combat feel dangerous and honest.
The AI also could be sharper. I’ve seen bots in other titles (shoutout to the folks behind that WWI series from Black Mill) that behave much more convincingly — flanking, lethal, smart. Enlisted’s AI sometimes strolls into the wrong place and survives what should be fatal hits. It undercuts tension.
Still, I’m grateful. The recent graphics updates look great and the game has more personality than a lot of shooters. There’s a core here that’s already fun. My feedback isn’t a rant — it’s a wishlist from someone who wants the game to be the best casual WWII shooter around. Tweak the projectile physics, add believable destruction and sound cues, polish the AI, and you’ve got something that eats the competition for breakfast.
So yeah, keep at it, Gaijin — you’re doing a lot right. I’m glad I stuck with it. Little more bite and this thing could be brilliant.

Half a win, half a headache

I enjoyed it more than I expected, but it's far from smooth — worth trying if you're chill with weird quirks, annoying AI and occasional nonsense. I first stumbled on this one because a buddy sent a clip; I watched a couple streams and thought, yeah, looks fun — so I told my two teenage boys to give it a go and we all installed it together. Happy we did, because there are really fun rounds where everything clicks and you feel clever, but there are also stretches where the game just... falls apart and you want to alt‑tab and take a breather. The conclusion is that it’s a mixed bag that can be entertaining in short bursts, but it won’t satisfy anyone who needs consistent realism or tight, predictable balance. Now the why: the physics around explosions is probably my biggest pet peeve. You can blast an enemy at point‑blank with an AT shell and watch them flop around like they sneezed, then somehow a guy two fields over keels over dead and you magically get the kill. It breaks immersion because the damage logic feels arbitrary, and that randomness often determines whether a round is fun or rage‑inducing. Then there’s the squad behaviour — I can’t sugarcoat it, the AI sometimes acts like it has no clue what cover is. They’ll stand in doorways, camp on top of a hill, or just freeze where a grenade is about to land. I’ve had whole squads wiped out while I was literally watching them not do anything useful, which costs you points and momentum. It’s a real drag if you wanted that squad to be a reliable partner. Map design swings wildly. Some maps play pretty well, but several feel unbalanced or repetitive — there’s one forest map you see constantly and it gets old fast. Certain invasion and destruction layouts turn into meat grinders where the attacker or defender is so predictably doomed that it stops feeling strategic and starts feeling like spammy attrition. The P‑47 and some of the American hardware also stood out to me as oddly overpowered; planes with too many guns and munitions change the flow in a way that doesn’t match what I know of WWII roles. Tanks and aircraft often don’t mirror the historical limitations, and that’s disappointing if you enjoy authenticity. On the other hand, when the match is balanced, vehicle combat can be a blast, so it’s not all bad. A recent weapon tree update rubbed a lot of players the wrong way — the tech progression was shuffled enough that folks who had laboured through unlocks felt like their work was devalued. Some American weapons especially felt like shallow tiers — same gun, slightly different trim — which makes the grind feel pointless sometimes. That update made my teens decide to step back; they just lost interest after a combination of bugs, balance issues, and the annoyance of redoing parts of the tree. Speaking of bugs, there are odd AI glitches: squadmates will get stuck, float, or run loops, and aircraft tail gunners often seem indecisive or unable to aim, which undermines team play. These things break immersion more than they should. A few quality‑of‑life suggestions I’d give if anyone asks: add historically themed medals or nation‑specific rewards, and tie rank to meaningful unlocks so progression feels worthwhile. Little additions like that might patch the motivation issue for players who enjoy the meta grind. Still, I’m grateful it wasn’t a total letdown — when it hits, it can be genuinely fun and tense, and I liked the moments where a coordinated push actually paid off. If you’re thinking about trying it, go in with modest expectations: play a few rounds, see which maps you like, don’t expect your AI squad to carry you, and be ready for the odd silly death. For casual sessions with friends it’s worth an evening; for anyone looking for strict realism or perfect balance, it’s probably going to frustrate more than it delights.

I noticed that this product has a lot of in-game stuff, but I was bummed when I found out that a bunch of the items need actual cash to buy. Also, the AI opponents in the game aren't that hard to beat.

Competitive gaming experience

I've been putting in so much time playing this game, eh? But ever since the latest update, it's been a total mess. The matchmaking is just brutal, and the user interface is way too confusing. Nothing about it is user-friendly at all. Plus, all my stats got wiped clean, and the developers aren't saying a word about it. It's basically all just about paying to win now, and it costs a fortune. Before, you could still do alright without shelling out cash, but not anymore. After the update, it's like we've gone backwards by 10 steps. It's just not enjoyable anymore, eh?

I really wish I didn't download this game, eh. It's so unfair, you know? My team is terrible, they probably only played for a couple of hours. And then there are these opponents who play non-stop and buy the best weapons with real money. It's just not right! And the update made everything worse, man. It messed up the research and now it's really bad. Now there's this battle ranking thing, where a tank with a ranking of 4 can't battle a tank with a ranking of 2. But you know what? I keep seeing those high-ranking tanks in my battles all the time. It's really not cool! Please, please, please don't waste your time on this game like I did. I wasted 11 days playing this and I'll never get that time back. Learn from my mistake, seriously.

Live streaming incident

The game was really cool and fun to play, it had some neat stuff like platoons and events that reminded me of Call of Duty zombies. But, there was a big problem when the system thought I was cheating while I was live streaming. Even after closing the other game tab that was causing the issue, it kept happening. It was super frustrating and totally ruined my gaming time.

My experience playing online multiplayer games has been pretty frustrating. I keep getting matched up with super skilled players who seem to be playing all the time. It's pretty unfair and not very fun getting beat so easily by them all the time. I think it would be a lot more enjoyable if the matchmaking was more fair and balanced.

The multiplayer gaming experience on this platform has been quite disappointing. I find that the German players can be really disrespectful and arrogant, losing one match only to come back aggressively in the next. Meanwhile, the Japanese and Russian troops are left with outdated weaponry and vehicles, giving the Germans an unfair advantage. It's clear that some wealthy German teens or young people are spending a lot of money on the game to stay on top. It seems like they have nothing better to do all day than sit at home and show off their dominance in every multiplayer game. I think this game should be banned for PC and PlayStation consoles permanently.

The stuff I bought was really good quality and exactly what I needed to make my gaming experience even better. The people working there knew a lot and helped me pick out the perfect products. I'm super happy with what I got and I'll definitely go back there for my next gaming stuff.

Innumerable grindy unlocks with janky controls
3 reviews
The game is really not fun to play because there are no servers nearby, it keeps glitching, and they're always trying to make money off us players. It's annoying how we have to spend so much time trying to unlock stuff that we don't even need. On top of that, the controls are hard to work with, which just makes things worse. Basically, the game has a lot of problems with how it's made and marketed, making it feel like it's always a work in progress and you have to pay to win.

Fun game

So, I've been playing this game for about nine months now and it's really enjoyable. You can choose to spend money, but it's not necessary. I don't agree with those who claim it's a Russian propaganda game. I've been doing well in the Berlin campaign, but I can't speak to the Moscow and Stalingrad ones since I haven't tried them. It's a bit disappointing that some uniform details are inaccurate, but it doesn't impact the gameplay. I think it's better without any crosses or symbols like that. It would be cool to have more uniform options like Splinter camo field caps, Oak camo shirts, helmet covers, or pants for better camouflage, but it's not essential. Overall, it's very realistic and enjoyable!

The game experience was frustrating and unbalanced, eh. It felt like every time I made a kill, I was taken out right away. Playing as a sniper seemed useless because the enemy always knew where I was, even when I was hiding. I think this game could be improved, but they gotta fix these annoying problems, eh.
