Long-term customer satisfaction
I've been using this service for a long time now, and I have always been happy with how good it is. It's been over 6 years since I started using it, and I can say without a doubt that I've never regretted getting a lifetime subscription. Being able to use it on my laptop, TV, gaming console, and iPhone makes my online experience so much better. The quick and safe connection lets me surf the web, watch videos, and play games online without any issues. All in all, I'm really satisfied with this service and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable VPN.
5 years with this VPN
It's been totally fantastic using this VPN service for the past 5 years. They just keep improving with more servers, and now you can even stream USA shows when you're not in the country. Lifetime customer
As someone who's been using this service for a while, I gotta say I haven't really run into any big problems. The app gets updated often and keeps getting better. But, I did come across a little snafu recently where the service just stopped working. Luckily, the support team fixed it up quick, shoutout to Frank who was super helpful. All in all, everything's running smoothly and I'm a satisfied customer.
Been using VPN for a few years
FastestVPN is really good. Sometimes I have issues connecting, but their online chat support always helps me. I have no complaints about their product or service.

I gotta say, the tech support team is really on top of things and they always get my issues fixed super fast. The software itself runs smooth and is easy to use. I like that there's different ways to connect and their website is actually helpful. Surprisingly, the speed is pretty good too, sometimes even faster than usual because of how my internet provider shapes it. There was a small hiccup with an accounting problem, but they did eventually figure it out which made me trust their service even more. All in all, I'd totally suggest this service to others.
Basic-lifetime VPN purchase
My experience with FastestVPN basic-lifetime has been a rollercoaster. At first, I noticed it worked better on my Android than Windows. But sometimes the connections were slow and shaky. Just the other day, I gave it another shot and managed to download a whole Korean series, which was pretty exciting for me. Can't wait to test out FastestVPN Pro with all the extra servers and hopefully see some big improvements from the basic version.
False Lifetime Subscription
This company is such a scam! They say you get a lifetime subscription, but it's all fake. They reel you in with the idea of unlimited server access, but then they limit servers and ask for more money to upgrade. And when you finally connect to a server, it's never where you want - like I chose USA but it showed I was connected to the UK. Not to mention, the speed is brutal and the connection keeps dropping. Don't bother with this phony service and definitely don't throw your money at these scammers for a lifetime subscription.

Overhyped software
I was really let down by the software's performance. Even though they said it'd be fast, I had a hard time getting connected and when I finally did, it was super unreliable. I'm really disappointed with the lifetime VPN membership I bought. It's been a huge headache since I signed up. At first, it worked fine and I could connect to servers no problem.
