Subscription cancellation
I had to cancel my subscription for reasons that had nothing to do with technical issues, and I was really happy with how the support team handled everything. They got back to me super fast and took care of my request quickly and efficiently. They totally followed the "no questions asked" rule, which made cancelling easy and simple. Even though I cancelled, the customer service I got was so good that it made a great impression on me. I wouldn't think twice about going back to them in the future. I'd definitely tell my friends and family about their services based on this experience.
Limited customization, not suitable for tech-savvy users, restricted device connections
Eh, so like, the user interface isn't all that great, eh? Doesn't have a ton of options for customizing it, so it's more for folks who like things straightforward. If you're someone who's good with computers and likes to play around with settings, this VPN might not be the best choice for ya. Oh, and another thing - you can only connect a certain number of devices at the same time, so if you've got lots of gadgets or more than one person in your house, it might be an issue. In the end, I decided to give this VPN to my family instead, ya know?

Speed and support excellent, installation issues on Linux Debian
My experience with the service was really good when it comes to how fast things were and the help I got from customer support. But, I had a bit of trouble setting it up on my desktop because I use Linux Debian and Ubuntu a lot. One problem I ran into was an error in the configuration file that was just for Debian. And another thing, with Debian, it was a pain that I couldn't use more than one server on each device. When you set it up, you pick one server and you can't switch it later.
Helpful but giving me some trouble
So, I downloaded this app to assist me with things in Asia, you know? But now it's preventing me from doing other stuff that I used to be able to do. I find myself constantly having to turn it on and off depending on what I'm up to. Google has also been a pain, constantly making me complete CAPTCHA. I ended up having to switch to BING for the first time ever - can you believe it? And to top it off, I thought I already had an account but it turns out I had to create "another" one...ugh. So yeah, it's helpful but also quite a hassle at times. Here's hoping it improves in the future.
