InstallationI recently bought this VPN service, and it was super easy at first, but it's been 4 days and my account still isn't ready to use. I contacted support and opened a ticket, but no luck yet. It's really annoying to pay for something and not be able to use it.

InstallationThe VPN setup was so easy, I was up and running in no time, no problems at all. I set it up to start automatically with Windows and login to my dedicated IP without me doing anything. The speed has been solid, no noticeable slowdowns at all. I'm really happy with the service overall, it's been great.

InstallationMy experience with the service was really good when it comes to how fast things were and the help I got from customer support. But, I had a bit of trouble setting it up on my desktop because I use Linux Debian and Ubuntu a lot. One problem I ran into was an error in the configuration file that was just for Debian. And another thing, with Debian, it was a pain that I couldn't use more than one server on each device. When you set it up, you pick one server and you can't switch it later.
