Quick and affordable VPN

Overhyped product
This VPN service really disappointed me. They said they had a 30-day money-back guarantee but they didn't give me my refund when they said they would. Instead of sticking to their word, they tried to get me to just keep using their service. I had to take it up with PayPal to finally get my money back. It was just really frustrating and not a great experience overall.
2.5-year subscription issue
I had a real issue with my subscription 'cause I couldn't log in once my computer crashed. The support team didn't really help me out much, just kept giving me the run-around without any solution. It's frustrating not being able to use something I paid for.
Cancelled account charged me $12
I just wanna vent real quick - I cancelled my account and then bam, they hit me with a $12 charge outta nowhere! Like, come on, give me a heads up at least! I specifically told them to cancel it, they promised they would, but then a month goes by and they're still taking money from me. It's not right! I'm done with this. I need my money back and my account truly cancelled, no more games. They gotta put an end to this nonsense!
VPN service purchase
I recently bought a VPN service and man, it was a total letdown. The darn thing just wouldn't work right for my family and when we tried to get some help, it was like talking to a brick wall. The customer service team was MIA and it made us feel like our problems didn't matter at all. We tried everything to sort things out and get our money back, but it was just a dead end. Honestly, I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone and I think it's better to avoid it altogether.
Sold out to Nord VPN
Eh, listen. I've been dealing with non-stop problems ever since they went and sold out, eh? They made us all switch over to some other VPN company, and now I can't even get it to connect, eh. I'm always having to log in and out, and half the time it doesn't even work, eh. To make matters worse, I can't even get on the website for help cause my access keeps getting denied, eh. It's just plain frustrating, eh?
My recent purchase experience
The VPN service I got was not great. It had a lot of bugs and I kept having trouble connecting to servers. No matter what protocol I tried, the connection was bad. The software was easy to use, but too basic. I feel like I wasted my money and I'm gonna cancel my subscription and find something else.
