    I contacted customer service about the app not working after an update. The first reply wasn't useful, just a suggestion I already tried.     Cancelled account charged me $12

    I just wanna vent real quick - I cancelled my account and then bam, they hit me with a $12 charge outta nowhere! Like, come on, give me a heads up at least! I specifically told them to cancel it, they promised they would, but then a month goes by and they're still taking money from me. It's not right! I'm done with this. I need my money back and my account truly cancelled, no more games. They gotta put an end to this nonsense!

    VPN routing issue resolved quickly

    I was really happy with how quick they helped me out with my VPN problem. The customer service person got what was going on right away and told me clearly how to fix it. One thing I did notice though, was that the rating system on the site seemed old-fashioned. It would probably be good if they kept things up to date more often to make sure users have the best experience. But all in all, I thought the service was really good and I'm thankful for the help.

    Eh, listen. I've been dealing with non-stop problems ever since they went and sold out, eh? They made us all switch over to some other VPN company, and now I can't even get it to connect, eh.
