I bought this black leather jacket from the store not too long ago and I was really let down by the quality. The stitching started to come apart after only a few times wearing it, and the zipper kept getting stuck. I paid a pretty penny for it, so I was hoping for better workmanship. On top of that, it didn't fit me as nicely as I had expected, and it seemed to be smaller than other brands I've bought from. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with my purchase and I wouldn't suggest this product to anyone else.

I ordered some really nice clothes, but all they sent me was bra pads. They didn't even apologize after I messaged them multiple times. They just kept blaming the delivery guy, even though I told them the package was fine. Finally, they just gave me a refund and said they ran out of the bra I wanted. Their sports bras used to be my favorite, and their customer service was great, but now it's just terrible. We're done with them and we'll look for another place to buy our workout gear.

So yeah, I was trying to switch my region on this streaming platform, but it just wasn't happening. Thankfully, this really sweet lady named Katie stepped in and helped me out. She was so nice and chill, even when I was totally off with the info I gave her at the beginning. She completely sorted out my problem like a boss. Fantastic customer service!

I bought two pairs of shoes with my visa gift card, but they ended up being too big. So, I called to exchange them for a smaller size and ended up getting an $8 charge for the return label. To make matters worse, the agent tried to charge me an extra $20 for the shoes instead of just sticking to the original price. When I called them out on it, they wouldn't budge and refused to do a simple exchange. They wanted to put the money back on a gift card that I didn't even have anymore. Absolutely terrible customer service with no solution in sight. Gonna make sure everyone knows about this awful experience.

I had a super frustrating experience with this company. I was thinking of signing up with them, but they completely messed up my account. They didn't care about my privacy or rights, and their campaigns were not focused on customers at all.
