not thrilled, but not a complete loss. I posted a review with my photos, it was taken down for vague guideline breaches — no specifics given — so I rewrote it and tried again. Then it was flagged as duplicate photos, which made no sense to me. It felt arbitrary and, frankly, biased against UK accounts since appeals seemed limited to EU users. I’ve had better moderation with other sites, and worse too, so I’m not surprised. After a few back-and-forths I did get a response and the review went back up, so I’ll give them that. Still, the process was slow and unclear, and left me sceptical about their fairness.

I was hopeful, partly let down, but glad we made the trip for the family time.

Me and my friends went on a boat ride and had afternoon tea for a couple of hours. It was really nice, the boat was awesome and the server was fantastic. The tea was delicious and we had such a great time, just wish it didn't end so quickly!

So, I went to this really cool artsy place for lunch today and oh my goodness, it was absolutely amazing! The roast potatoes were seriously the best, like ever (except for my mom's, she's definitely the Queen of Roast Potatoes). The roast beef was so tender and flavorful, I could have eaten a ton of slices. And the veggies? Cooked perfectly and so delicious. Let's not even talk about the Yorkshire pudding, it was huge. I also had this amazing hummus and pita for an appetizer, but to be honest, I didn't even need it because the main course was just so perfect. I am definitely going back for more, no doubt about it!

Oh my goodness, this hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and nice, especially Bill the bartender, he was like a long-lost friend to my dad. The people at reception were also really great and they made our vacation absolutely unforgettable. I totally recommend this hotel, it's awesome!

The hotel was amazing! We were able to walk to the arena, train station, stores, and restaurants. The room was really clean and cozy, with a really comfortable bed and lovely blue decor. The staff was so nice and friendly. I can't wait to stay here again for our next concert!

I went to this awesome place called Rabbit Run with my family for lunch and it was amazing! The spot was really cute, the servers were super friendly, and the food was delicious - and not too pricy either! They even had some healthy choices on the menu which was nice. And let me tell you about the cakes? Oh my gosh, they were so good - we all ended up bringing some home for later because they were that tasty. Rabbit Run, you guys are awesome!

My sister and I went to the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel when we were in Rome in April. We had our tour booked for the afternoon of April 24th. Our guide, Giovanni, who worked for the company we booked with, was amazing. He was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and his English was excellent. Everyone in our group, me and my sister included, felt really lucky to have him as our guide. Other guides even seemed a bit jealous of how good he was, telling him to stop talking so much because he was slowing them down. We really hope to have him as our guide again when we visit next time.

Alchemy in Nuweiba, Egypt is absolutely amazing! It's honestly the perfect spot for a solo gal like me to feel completely secure and chill, which is pretty hard to come by, you know? The atmosphere there is just incredible, and the dudes who run the joint are seriously the sweetest ever. Not to mention, you're just steps away from the ocean with the Sinai mountains in the backdrop - it's like a dream! And let’s not forget about the food, it's seriously top-notch and oh so fresh.

We are a small independent hotel, and we decided to try out Sponsored Placements and Business Advantage on a review platform. Unfortunately, after just a month of signing up, we noticed a lot of changes in their software. Our account manager left, so we couldn't get any support. Plus, the integrations with our property management system that they promised never happened. To top it off, we got hit with three bad fake reviews from one customer, which ended up costing us money. The service was pricy and didn't really help our hotel at all. It's a real letdown to see this platform go downhill from being a top player in the industry. We've had better luck with Google and other review sites.

The apartments at Triangle City Center are in a great spot, with clean and modern rooms. But, our experience wasn't the best because there were some issues with communication and the amenities. We paid extra for someone to greet us when we arrived, but no one was there so we had to wait to check in. The room was kinda like a basic hotel room, missing things like a kettle and real cups. The TV kept cutting out, and there wasn't anywhere to hang up wet towels. The elevator was tiny, making it tough to bring up our bags. Overall, the lack of communication and missing essentials made our stay not so great.

I've just come back from a hotel in Budapest and let me tell you, it was amazing! The staff there were so friendly and helpful, which made my stay really nice. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many options to choose from. I also tried out The Strudel bar and Hoppas restaurant and both were fantastic. I had such a great time at this hotel and I would definitely go back!

I recently bought an upgrade on TripAdvisor for my small business to see Google reviews. But after paying for it, I was let down to see that nothing changed. When I contacted TripAdvisor, they told me that the Google option I paid for was part of a product that was only available until a specific future date. I felt frustrated and like I had been tricked. Even though I asked for a refund, TripAdvisor said no, saying there was no reason for it. To make things more confusing, they mentioned in an email to some customers that the "reviews hub" - their internal name for it - would be available later on.
