TripAdvisor - Reviews and experiences

The apartments at Triangle City Center are in a great spot, with clean and modern rooms. But, our experience wasn't the best because there were some issues with communication and the amenities. We paid extra for someone to greet us when we arrived, but no one was there so we had to wait to check in. The room was kinda like a basic hotel room, missing things like a kettle and real cups. The TV kept cutting out, and there wasn't anywhere to hang up wet towels. The elevator was tiny, making it tough to bring up our bags. Overall, the lack of communication and missing essentials made our stay not so great.

I was staying at this hotel and they asked me to give them a review on TripAdvisor through Booking.com. After I sent my review, I started getting a bunch of spam emails from TripAdvisor that seemed like they were from the hotel. I reached out to the hotel about it, but they told me it was actually from TripAdvisor and told me to unsubscribe. I did that, and even deleted my TripAdvisor account, but I'm still getting emails from TripAdvisor through Booking.com with the hotel's name in the subject. It's been really annoying trying to stop these pointless emails.

Hey there, I've been using TripAdvisor for ages and recently they've been blocking my honest reviews. I've written over 700 reviews, so I know the drill. I had a super frustrating experience with this company. I was thinking of signing up with them, but they completely messed up my account. They didn't care about my privacy or rights, and their campaigns were not focused on customers at all.
