Still, I wouldn't trust the site to handle anything important. For everyday use you want clear confirmations and a responsive support team; this one missed both. Take their glowing averages with caution — they're not the whole picture, and poor customer service can really derail plans.

Oh my goodness, this hotel was amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly and nice, especially Bill the bartender, he was like a long-lost friend to my dad. The people at reception were also really great and they made our vacation absolutely unforgettable. I totally recommend this hotel, it's awesome!

My sister and I went to the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel when we were in Rome in April. We had our tour booked for the afternoon of April 24th. Our guide, Giovanni, who worked for the company we booked with, was amazing. He was so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and his English was excellent. Everyone in our group, me and my sister included, felt really lucky to have him as our guide. Other guides even seemed a bit jealous of how good he was, telling him to stop talking so much because he was slowing them down. We really hope to have him as our guide again when we visit next time.

I've been noticing that whenever TripAdvisor responds to negative reviews, it feels like they're just using automated messages and not really caring about what customers have to say. It's kind of disappointing to see that they're not taking the time to give personalized and genuine responses, since it makes the company seem less reliable and trustworthy.

The service at the hotel was amazing! That guy with the strange name, Samim, really saved the day with a perfectly poured pint.
