Late order
I ordered something on November 15th, 2023, and I've been trying to follow up on it but still haven't got it. It's really frustrating because I was really excited to get my order. I probably won't buy from this company again, which sucks because I got some awesome leggings from another store before.
Recent store purchase
Eh bud, I went to this store the other day and man, did I have a rough time with their return policy. I bought something, assuming I could bring it back if it didn't work out, but turns out they only give store credit for returns. Sneaky move - they hid the sign about this so I didn't see it when I was buying. Left me feeling duped and annoyed. The customer service, both in-person and online, was a total letdown. Definitely not going back there, eh.
Useless package
I ordered some really nice clothes, but all they sent me was bra pads. They didn't even apologize after I messaged them multiple times. They just kept blaming the delivery guy, even though I told them the package was fine. Finally, they just gave me a refund and said they ran out of the bra I wanted. Their sports bras used to be my favorite, and their customer service was great, but now it's just terrible. We're done with them and we'll look for another place to buy our workout gear.

The customer service at LJ UK is so frustrating, eh? My order has been stuck in Customs for 14 days because the sender didn't provide all the necessary info. I've tried reaching out to them several times, but the problem still isn't fixed. This slow response and lack of efficiency is just not cool, you know?
Clothing that apparently stops Covid
So there was this clothing that claimed to stop Covid, eh? Like, seriously?! That's complete nonsense, eh? Who even believes that, eh? I bought some, but now I'm returning it, eh? Never gonna shop here again, no way!
Leggings
I bought some leggings from this store and it was a terrible experience. When I tried to buy them online, someone ended up using my card for a different amount. It was really worrying and I had to call my bank to sort it out. Dealing with all of that was a real pain and now I'm not so sure about the safety of their website.
Cool leggings
I ordered these really cute leggings online and they came in the mail so quickly! They fit like a glove and I wore them to dance class right away. The material is super comfy and stretchy. I'm loving them!
Returned order not refunded
Even after I showed them the proof that I sent back my £67 order and provided the tracking number, the customer service hasn't been helpful or responsive. I can't even talk to a real person, just the slow 'off-line' chat.
Online purchase experience
I recently made a purchase online and, you know, my order was totally ignored by the company. So, I waited around for four weeks, but there was no word on my order at all. I had to take things up a notch and start an investigation through the payment platform. Luckily, I got my money back pretty quick. But, let me tell you, this whole thing has got me wondering if this website is all on the up and up. I even went ahead and left a review on their site, hoping to get some sort of explanation because I do really love the quality of their clothes.
Leggings that didn't fit
Eh, I swear I got these leggings thinkin' they'd be all stylish and whatnot, but they're totally not even the right size on me! Then I go to send 'em back, and it's a whole ordeal 'cause the stupid order number ain't workin' and all that jazz. And now I can't even send 'em back 'cause it took forever to sort it out. So now I'm stuck with these leggings that I can't even rock! And they had the nerve to overcharge me for 'em too, like seriously!
Return process frustration
This company really needs to step up their game. I bought something online and had to return it. But after I sent it back, I heard nothing from them for weeks and didn't get my refund. When I tried to reach out, I couldn't find any UK phone numbers, and the online chat was only open during Australian hours. Their customer service and communication are just terrible. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
Activewear purchase
I just bought something at this store and boy was I let down by their customer service. I really like their activewear, but the customer service at the UK branch was basically non-existent. I sent multiple emails about my order and didn't get a single response. It looks like the UK branch is slacking and it's really affecting the whole customer experience. It's too bad because I really like their clothes, but the lack of communication from the customer service team is a big disappointment.
