High-quality Decals for freezer
I had a really good experience with this company. They gave me a call to double-check my files and were super friendly on the phone. The decals I got for my freezer were really good quality and the printing was top-notch. This was my second time ordering from them and I am really happy with both the service and the product. I would definitely recommend them anytime.

Delayed order
I can't believe how bad my experience has been with this company. I ordered a pair of glasses back in November and it's now March and I still don't have them. It's ridiculous how long it's taking and the fact that they never communicate with me is so frustrating. I've tried calling them multiple times but they never pick up. I've also sent them several emails asking about my order, but they never bother to reply. This kind of customer service is just not okay, and I really don't recommend buying from this place.

Returned order not refunded
Even after I showed them the proof that I sent back my £67 order and provided the tracking number, the customer service hasn't been helpful or responsive. I can't even talk to a real person, just the slow 'off-line' chat.

I've been coming back to this place for a few years now, and I gotta say, the photos and products here are always top-notch. The service is exceptional too, with deliveries showing up either on time or even earlier than expected. Definitely worth giving them a shot!

Computer class purchase
The teacher at the computer class was awesome and super knowledgeable about computers. She was really kind and always willing to help, but I kind of wish we focused on one topic instead of covering so many different things. The cost was a bit on the high side for what we received, but I suppose it's worth it if your school doesn't offer a computer class.
