I had a pretty rough time with my order from the store recently. They charged me for two things that I never got, and when I tried to contact customer service, I didn't hear back from anyone. I sent a bunch of emails over a month with no luck, and even went to the store in person to ask about my order, but still no answer. I've been a customer for a long time, so it really sucks to feel ignored and let down like this.

When I was lookin' for a vintage bomber jacket as a customer, I was so excited to come across a one-of-a-kind piece at the store. But then, my excitement turned to disappointment real quick when the jacket didn't fit me right. The return policy for folks in the US is just crazy expensive, makin' it hard to send back stuff that don't work out. It's pretty annoying to have to pay double the price of the jacket just to get a refund. This whole situation has definitely made me think twice about buyin' from this store again, even though they got some real nice vintage pieces.

Don't bother shopping here if you're not in the UK. Shipping took forever, and you have to handle returns yourself if you're an international customer. It's ridiculous that they make it so tough for people outside the UK to buy from them in this day and age.
