I bought a cardigan from this company recently and I was super let down by the quality. I thought I was getting a Lacoste cardigan, but it ended up being a knockoff made from cheap material. It was all messed up and looked like it would fall apart in the laundry. I asked for a refund, but no one has gotten back to me or given me my money back. My whole experience with this company has been really bad and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.

I recently contacted customer service about a package that was stolen. I was so upset to see that my order was missing, but when I got in touch with them, Lars, a customer service rep, replied quickly and efficiently. He promised to send a replacement right away, and true to his word, the new package arrived within a week. I was really impressed with how fast everything was sorted out and thankful for the help I got. I definitely suggest shopping here because of their awesome customer service.

This app is kinda tricky, you know? It says it's gonna stop those annoying spam calls, but all it does is make my phone ring even more. Like seriously, who enjoys getting those telemarketing calls every single day? It's not cool at all.
