Oh man, I was totally loving this app and even told my buddies about it. But then, when I got a new phone and tried to move the app over, it totally froze when I had to pick the default messenger. And let me tell you, their message service is just awful! You can't even chat with a real person for assistance. So annoying! I just shelled out for the premium version and now I'm feeling like I want my money back, but good luck actually getting a refund. This whole situation has left me super unimpressed.

I had a really tough time trying to cancel my subscription to this one service. Even though I did exactly what they said, I couldn't find the unsubscribe button on any of the screens. And the button they said to click on wasn't there at all. Plus, when I tried calling the phone numbers they provided, it was no help at all. It was honestly pretty frustrating.
