The service is amazing, they help you with whatever you need and are really quick. Phone and text messaging work well, sometimes the data is a bit slow but that's no big deal. The SIM card functions smoothly, it just takes a few seconds to connect to the network. Remember to keep using your prepaid SIM card or it'll expire. All in all, I'm very satisfied and will continue to use their services for a while.

Switched to RP from major carrier
I was really hesitant to switch from my old phone company to RP, but I'm really glad I did! Everything has been fantastic since I made the change. The customer service was amazing and the service around town has been excellent. I haven't gone on any big trips yet, so I can't comment on that, but for now, I'm absolutely loving it.

Ronald (Employee ID - 1498) was fantastic! He solved my eSIM download problem quickly and efficiently, something none of the other reps could do. I had been waiting on hold for a while listening to music before I finally got through to Ronald. He was so friendly and really knew how to help. Recent cancellation experience
My recent attempt to cancel my account was a real pain in the neck. The company doesn't give you the option to cancel online; you gotta call and talk to someone instead. It took forever, going back and forth between different reps, having to repeat myself over and over. Not having the choice to cancel online, plus the endless phone call, made me think they were purposely trying to make it hard for me to cancel.

I had an amazing time with RedPocket all because of the great customer service I got from the rep. They really went out of their way to fix my problem quickly and perfectly. SIM card troubleshooting assistance
So I wanted to share this annoying story about my experience with customer service. I called them four times trying to get help with my SIM card, but each time I had to explain everything all over again because they didn't keep track of what they had tried before. Eventually, they sent me a new SIM card, but surprise surprise, it didn't work either. As if that wasn't bad enough, I got an email out of the blue saying my account was cancelled without any real reason. When I asked for an explanation, the response I got was not very helpful, to say the least. So I decided to just cancel my account altogether because of the lack of help and the terrible communication. Can you believe that?

This provider has amazing coverage and signal quality, plus you get super fast 5G+. Not every prepaid cell phone company can say that! I really like that I can buy roaming packages for when I go to Mexico and Canada. The prices are really good and having extra data options is a big bonus for me, since I'm always on the move.
