It was only the second time in over ten years that I had to contact them, but I was really impressed with how quickly and effectively they helped me out. The person I talked to, MJ, was able to figure out the issue right away and walked me through the steps to fix it. In no time, I was back to normal without any more issues. I really appreciate the knowledge and commitment shown by the Virtual PBX Support team, especially MJ.
