I recently reached out to a customer service rep for help setting up my phone system, and I gotta say, the service I got was top-notch. The rep really went above and beyond, spending extra time to make sure everything was set up right and that I was happy with it all. I was really impressed by their smarts and skills in the field, and how willing they were to make sure I got the results I wanted.

I got this microscope from Amscope and it was a complete disaster. I gave them my work address at an office building for shipping. They used Fedex, but when the package didn't show up, I contacted them. Fedex said they delivered it with a signature, but Amscope wouldn't give me a refund or address the lack of signature issue. I had to rely on my credit card insurance to get my money back. A month later, the box was found at my office, proving Fedex delivered to the wrong place. Amscope was so arrogant and wouldn't admit their mistake. Plus, I found better microscopes on the market at cheaper prices. Their actions don't justify being in business.

So, ya know, I got my bike from here and it was totally wrecked when it showed up! And then, nobody even bothered to lend a hand. Like, they didn't even respond when I said something about it. And to top it off, they lost the package for, like, weeks! Ugh, I swear I'm not buying anything from here again.

I just bought some hair care products from this company and I have to say, I'm really disappointed with the service. They didn't process my order right and ended up charging my credit card multiple times without actually finishing the purchase. Dealing with their website was frustrating and seeing how poorly they handled orders was even more aggravating.
