    I got this microscope from Amscope and it was a complete disaster. I gave them my work address at an office building for shipping. They used Fedex, but when the package didn't show up, I contacted them. Fedex said they delivered it with a signature, but Amscope wouldn't give me a refund or address the lack of signature issue. I had to rely on my credit card insurance to get my money back. A month later, the box was found at my office, proving Fedex delivered to the wrong place. Amscope was so arrogant and wouldn't admit their mistake. Plus, I found better microscopes on the market at cheaper prices. Their actions don't justify being in business.

    2 faulty darkfield condensers

    So I ordered these 2 darkfield condensers from Amscope and man, they are terrible. No matter what I do, they just won't work. I tried reaching out to their customer service and let me tell you, they were no help at all. They straight up lied to me about the quality of their products. I even showed them proof that the parts were messed up, but they brushed it off like it was no big deal. It's beyond frustrating! I wasted a ton of money on these parts and now I have to sell the whole microscope for a loss. Never again will I buy from them. Ended up getting a Leica DM2000 from the UK instead, and it works like a charm. Lesson learned.

    Christmas gift mishap

    I ordered a Christmas present for my nephew from this company, and let me tell you, it was a total disaster. The package ended up at the wrong place and no one even let me know. Now I've been charged for something I never got. To make matters worse, when I tried to get in touch with the company, the phone number they gave me was totally useless. This whole online shopping fiasco has been beyond frustrating, so I highly recommend steering clear of this company.

    I had the worst experience with customer service. I tried calling and emailing many times about a missing item in my $400 microscope order, but no one got back to me. It was really frustrating and disappointing that they didn't communicate or follow up.

    I gotta say, I was super impressed by the amazing service and communication I got from the team. Even though they couldn't ship to Switzerland, they really went above and beyond to help me out by sending my order to a UPS Access Point in France. And let me tell you, getting free shipping for such a heavy item within Europe saved me a ton of money compared to ordering from the US or China. The 3.5X-90X Simul-Focal Stereo Microscope (SM-4NTPZ-3PL) I got is just what I needed for my electronics lab – I can solder and inspect stuff at the same time thanks to the stereo eyepieces and camera. But, I do kinda wish they could figure out a way to offer VAT free shipping to Switzerland 'cause I ended up paying unnecessary VAT. Oh well, despite that hiccup, the product still gives you great bang for your buck.

    Expensive microscope with defective 40X objective

    I got this super pricey microscope from here, but the 40X part is acting wonky. They didn't want to send me a new one unless I paid for the shipping, which totally sucks. The camera on it is terrible, the pictures are all fuzzy, and they don't have any good software to fix that. The folks working there didn't even bother to help me out, so I'm pretty disappointed.

    I got a damaged item and I've been trying to contact them several times by phone and email. I even sent pictures of the damage. But I haven't heard back from customer service at all. It's really frustrating and disappointing not to get any response about how they're going to fix this. I'm really hoping for a good solution, but I won't be buying from them again.

    I recently bought a microscope from this company, and let me tell you, it's been a huge disaster. I ordered it on November 6th, and guess what? Still haven't received it. I've tried emailing and calling them multiple times, but it's like they're ignoring me. It wasn't until I told them I'd report them to the bank and the cops that they finally got back to me. They tried to make excuses, but I'm not falling for it. This company is a bunch of crooks, stay away from them at all costs.

    Microscope camera software compatibility issue

    I just bought a microscope camera from this company, and the hardware looked good but I had a big problem with the software. I spent hours trying to get it to work, only to find out that the camera only works with Windows 7 and not any newer versions. I contacted customer service and tried different software like they suggested, but nothing fixed the problem. It was really annoying that the camera didn't work with newer Windows, especially since it's not an old model.

    The microscopes I bought are good for everyday stuff, but might not be fancy enough for real up-close or fancy work. I'd say only get extras if the shipping's free though, 'cause it was pretty pricey coming all the way from the Netherlands.

I feel like I've been totally ripped off and now I have to go through the whole process of contacting my bank to fix it.     I recently bought a stereo microscope from this company and let me tell you, the customer service has been really disappointing. It's like the staff there don't know what they're doing and aren't able to help with any problems or concerns customers might have. They keep asking for the same info I've already given them, and then make me jump through hoops that feel like a waste of time. And in the end, they just ask for the same info all over again.     High-quality microscopes

    I recently bought a bunch of top-notch microscopes for my lab from this online store. The microscopes themselves are amazing and really stepped up our research game. But man, the service from the company was a huge let-down. My order took forever to process, and even after emailing them a bunch of times, I never got a single response. It was super annoying to find out from the shipping company that my order got sent back to the store with no heads-up. This ended up delaying things a lot and costing me time and money. The lack of communication and customer service was just not cool, and honestly, it left me feeling pretty frustrated and let down.

    I just bought a microscope from this company and let me tell you, the customer service was top notch! There was a bit of a mix-up with the return because of the shipping company, but Maria, the customer service rep, really came through. She sorted everything out quickly and made sure I got my refund without any hassle. I can't say enough good things about this company - their customer service is really something special. Highly recommend!
