I had a great experience at the salon when I went in for a haircut. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was really friendly and helpful. She asked me a bunch of questions to figure out what I wanted and recommended a stylist who was perfect for me. Eileen, the stylist, was amazing. She greeted me warmly, listened to what I wanted, and cut my hair just right. She kept checking in to make sure I was happy with how it was going. It was my first time with her, but I left feeling really happy and I'll definitely go back to her in the future. The salon was clean and organized, although there were a few times the water temperature in the sink wasn't quite right. Overall, a really good experience!

I got these really nice black leather boots from an online store and let me tell you, I was so happy with my purchase. The quality was amazing and the style was exactly what I wanted. The only downside was that it took longer than I thought for them to arrive, but they were being shipped from overseas so I get it. The customer service was great, super helpful and attentive. But, I was kind of bummed to find out that they don't refund the shipping fee when you return something. Like, really? It's 2021, come on. Hopefully, they'll get a warehouse in the US soon so they can be more flexible with return fees.
