    I bought a gift for my son for the holidays

    I was super excited to get my son a gift for the holidays, but when we finally got it and opened it up, it was such a letdown. The thing wouldn't even work! I tried getting in touch with the company for some help, and at first, they seemed like they were gonna come through. But after a bit, they straight up bailed on me. Couldn't get a response out of them and I felt like they were just ignoring my concerns. Super frustrating, eh? I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from them again. Save your cash and try somewhere else for better service and products, eh.

    I ordered like 4 things for around 10 dollars each!

    I ordered a whole bunch of things from this place and one item never arrived! It took like a whole month after it was supposed to come. When I asked about it, they were all like, "Sorry, it's out of stock." But seriously, why didn't they just tell me before sending the other items?! And then when I asked for a refund, they were like, "Sure, but there will be bank fees deducted." Or they said, "You can get a coupon for the same amount but you have to spend more to use it." Not cool at all. They messed up and I have to pay for it? No way!

    Long wait for order

    I can't believe how terrible the service is from this online company. I placed an order over four months ago and still haven't gotten anything. When I contacted customer service, they just told me to check my info again and ask the post office. I did what they said, but still no package. I sent another email asking about tracking or getting another shipment, but now they won't even respond to me. It's really disappointing how they treat their customers, and I would warn others to think twice before using their site. It seems like if something goes wrong, they'll just take your money and ignore you.

    I had a pretty bad experience with my order from this company recently. I waited over two months for my item, but it never arrived. When I contacted their customer service, they were not helpful at all. They didn't take responsibility and just gave me unhelpful answers. They even suggested I wait longer and offered me "points off my next purchase" instead of a refund. Their lack of accountability and dismissive attitude towards my concerns really bothered me. In the end, I had to escalate the problem through PayPal to get my money back.

    9x9x9 cube

    I ordered a 9x9x9 cube from the website, and when it arrived, the packaging was really bad! It only had a thin layer of bubble wrap in this huge soft wrapping that was too big for the item. Of course, the cube was damaged during delivery with a broken corner. When I asked for a replacement or a refund, the seller was like, "Sure, I'll send you a corner to fix it yourself." Seriously, it's a tough puzzle, I can't just stick a corner on and be done with it. So, I asked to send the whole cube back for a full refund, and that's when the seller started ignoring me. I had to open a PayPal case and go through all these steps just to get my money back. It took forever, like 3 whole months, and I had to pay for the return shipping even though it was their fault for using such bad packaging. Ugh, why can't they just own up to their mistakes instead of hoping I would give up and disappear? Not cool at all.

    I've been buying cubes from this online shop for a while now and I'm a pretty loyal customer. I haven't had any problems with getting my money back, shipments, ordering, or anything else really. Whenever I've contacted customer service, I've always gotten a reply, even if there were a few language issues, but they were still really nice and easy to follow (usually through email or Facebook). I can't say much about other stuff they sell like drones, but I can definitely vouch for the fact that when it comes to cubes, this shop has awesome prices and really good quality products.

    Six puzzle cubes order, missing sticker sets

    So I bought some new puzzle cubes online to add to my collection, eh. But when my package arrived, I found out it was missing the stickers I ordered. I got the six cubes I wanted, but there were no stickers in sight! When I reached out to customer service about it, they weren't very helpful. They basically said I couldn't prove the stickers were missing. I was so frustrated with their lack of responsibility and refusal to fix the mistake. I feel like I got cheated for sure. I won't be buying from them again, that's for sure.

    Lack of communication, slow delivery, inaccurate tracking

    I've been noticing some issues with my online shopping experiences with this retailer. At first, things were smooth sailing with my orders. But as time went on, I've been facing problems like delays in delivery, items showing as in stock but actually out of stock, and poor communication from the company. Sometimes, I don't get a response for more than 24 hours. One of my wife's orders from nearly two months back still hasn't shown up, and the tracking number provided says "not found," even though her credit bill got charged for it immediately. Despite all this, the products themselves are good quality. But I think they really need to work on their service and communication. Another thing is that completed orders still show up as pending, which can be confusing.

I paid extra for express shipping to get my items on time, but after more than a week, my order still hadn't been shipped. Communicating with the customer service team through email was awful - if they even bothered to reply, it was only once a day. We finally agreed on a refund, but it was only processed after I opened a claim on Paypal. The whole situation was eventually sorted out, but it took a lot of time and hassle.     I bought a drone on your site not long ago and had a pretty frustrating experience. I paid right away using PayPal and got an email confirming that my order was on its way. But then, I got a message asking me to pay more for shipping, which was totally unexpected and disappointing. I tried to work something out with them on the extra cost, but they didn't agree, and it ended up dragging things out. In the end, I decided to just cancel my order and now I'm waiting for my refund.     I had a really bad experience with this sketchy company that I think is totally scamming people. I ordered something from them in April 2017, and they kept saying they'd send it again or give me my money back, but nothing has shown up yet. And to top it off, they deleted my online account without telling me! It's not cool to be so shady, and I want my refund right now.

    Just wanted to share that I recently bought 3 cubes from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed. I placed my order on March 23rd and even though the warehouse is in China, the cubes made it to Canada by April 10th. The delivery took a little over two weeks, which I think is pretty reasonable given how far they had to travel. When it comes to customer service, I had a good interaction. I sent an email and got a quick and helpful response that answered all my questions. Overall, I'd recommend this company based on my own experience. And just so you know, this review is totally my honest opinion and I have no connection to the company.

    Rubik's Cubes purchase

    You know what, dealing with this company was a total nightmare. I ordered two Rubik's Cubes packages and it's been 3 months and still no sign of them. The tracking numbers they gave don't even show up, and when I tried to ask about my order or get a refund, they just ignored me completely. That's just not right and not a professional way to treat customers.
