I gotta say, I was all set to give Vagabond Life a hard time for not getting my item to me on time, but when I got in touch with them, I realized it wasn't all on them. The post office was swamped, and they were really helpful in keeping me in the loop and making sure my item was on its way. So, I take back what I said before and I'm grateful for their help.
