Delayed item arrival
I gotta say, I was all set to give Vagabond Life a hard time for not getting my item to me on time, but when I got in touch with them, I realized it wasn't all on them. The post office was swamped, and they were really helpful in keeping me in the loop and making sure my item was on its way. So, I take back what I said before and I'm grateful for their help.
Delayed delivery, poor customer service
I bought something from this company not too long ago, eh. But it took forever for the product to actually show up, I tell you. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but they weren't much help at all and didn't keep me in the loop about where my order was at. After waiting three whole months, the thing finally arrived, only to find out it got sent to the wrong country by mistake. Honestly, the whole ordeal was a real letdown and just plain frustrating, eh.
Online order
I ordered something online not long ago and right away my money was taken out of my account. But, it's been almost two weeks now and my package is still stuck in a sorting center in France. The email I got after ordering said it would come in 1-3 days, but it definitely didn't. Also, I've sent many emails asking about my order, but no one has replied. The lack of answers and delay in shipping is really disappointing and not professional at all. I can't seem to get in touch with anyone for a refund or to find out when my order will finally get to me. In general, I'd recommend avoiding this company because of their bad customer service and unreliable shipping.
Key ring purchase
I was so let down by my experience at Vagabond Life. I ordered a key ring back in May and didn't get it until August. When I reached out to the company and the post office to ask where it was, I found out it got lost at the sorting office. As a first-time customer, that's not what I was expecting. However, I have to give props to Laura for working hard and sorting it out. She quickly sent out another key ring and kept me updated until it showed up. The key ring itself is exactly what my stepdad, who loves collecting stuff and is going on a trip soon, is looking for. Even with the delay, I appreciate the effort the customer service team put in.
Travel gear purchase
I bought some travel gear from this company not too long ago, but my order didn't show up when it was supposed to. However, when I got in touch with them about the problem, I was really impressed with how helpful they were. They got back to me right away and gave me the option to get a refund or have my order replaced without any trouble at all. It's great to see a company that cares so much about making their customers happy.
Key chain purchase
So, I bought this key chain recently from the shop, thinking it would be awesome like the country rings necklaces I got before. But man, was I let down. It wasn't like they showed in the pics at all - no gift box, just a plain linen bag. I mean, the bag was nice and all, but who gifts in a linen bag? And for the price I paid, it really wasn't worth it. Plus, the key chain itself was nothing special without the country rings, which were missing. If they're gonna show gift boxes in the pics, they should include them when you buy. Overall, big disappointment.
Resent package
My first package never showed up, even though the tracking said it was delivered. I reached out to Laura and she kindly offered to send it again. It was a nice surprise and really cheered me up.
Tracking assistance
I had some trouble keeping an eye on my package because I couldn't find the info I needed. I contacted customer service and Laura was super helpful. She gave me the tracking details and I was able to watch the delivery until it got to me. Laura even checked in to make sure everything was okay. Really great customer service!
Keyring purchase
I bought a keychain from this company and it was so disappointing. It showed up in bad shape and when I tried to get help from customer service, they weren't very helpful at all. I had to pay to send it back to France and they even charged me a fee for restocking. The keyring was not very good quality and definitely not worth the high price. I wish I hadn't bought it and I'll be more careful next time I see ads on social media.
Black leather keychain and travel rings

I just bought a bracelet and some travel rings from this one place. The stuff took a bit longer to show up than I thought, but it didn't bother me too much. Can you imagine, they told me all the sizes are supposed to be the same and asked me to send a video of me trying to put the rings on. I felt like they were grilling me, like they didn't believe me.

Large order; gifts for three people
I recently made a big order of gifts for three people. The package arrived quickly, but there were some issues that left me feeling frustrated. First off, there were unexpected customs fees from overseas, which ended up being a hefty amount. It was a surprise to me and added a lot to the overall cost. Secondly, I ordered a mix of tokens and keychains, but there was no indication that I wanted them attached together. When the package arrived, I discovered that the company had randomly attached them in a disorganized way. Now I have to spend a lot of time and effort separating them, which is tough for me due to my physical limitations. I don't get why the company made this decision without thinking about the customer's preferences. While the products themselves were as described and decent quality, the whole experience ended up being costly and frustrating.

Country rings
So, I bought some cool country rings from this store and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with them. They were super unique and made for a really special gift for my girlfriend. It did take a bit longer to process the order, but hey, it was during the holidays so I get it. The website said 6-7 days for delivery and that's exactly how long it took, so no complaints there. The payment options were handy - credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay, maybe Google Pay too, but I'm not certain. Shipping took a tad longer than expected, about 7 working days, but I got text updates with tracking info which was great. The package came from France through France Post to Italy and then handed over to Poste Italiane. Overall, the service was solid and my girlfriend loved the rings. Plus, if you spend a certain amount, shipping is free and you get a 20% discount on your first order. Definitely recommend this place for unique gift ideas!
Travel "charms" keychains
Vagabond Life really impressed me with their amazing customer service. I bought these cool travel "charms" keychains that have been great for starting conversations in my group meetings. It took a bit longer for my order to arrive because the company is based in France, but when I contacted customer service, they were so helpful. The representative really went out of their way to make sure I got my package, despite the issues with USPS. They worked hard to figure out the postal system and delivered my charms right to my mailbox, even after hours. Vagabond Life really cares about customer satisfaction, and I am very happy with the outcome. I will definitely shop with them again and recommend their products to others.

I'm sorry about my last bad review about the address mix-up with my order. I found out it was actually PostNord's mistake, not Vagabond Life's. Luckily, my package came in safely and I'm happy with the keychain's quality.
