I just bought a white t-shirt with a grey design on the neck and some leggings and a sweater from this store. I was really disappointed because the grey print on the back of the neck bled onto the fabric, making it unusable. Also, the leggings, which I've been buying for years, lost an eye after just one wear, and the sweater looked worn out already. Now I'm worried about how long my favorite items from this store will last.

My first package never showed up, even though the tracking said it was delivered. I reached out to Laura and she kindly offered to send it again. It was a nice surprise and really cheered me up.

I needed 2 more links for my watch, so I emailed customer service. I was happy that they replied quickly, within a few hours. They sent me an invoice for the links, and I paid online right away. The links arrived in a few days. I was impressed by how efficient and professional the customer service team was. Their watches are also unique and deserve appreciation.

The plastic eggs with mini plushies inside were exactly what I expected. My 8-year-old daughter loved them and shared with her friends before Easter. Her teacher also sent me a nice note saying how much the class enjoyed them. The products are fun and unique, definitely worth the price.
