Early item collection
I had such a good time picking up my item at the store early. They texted me to let me know it was ready before I expected, which was nice. When I got there, it was easy and fast to grab my item, all thanks to a really friendly shop assistant. This kind of quick and professional service is what I always get from this store. I really appreciate how they always deliver top-notch service.
First online order
I never bought stuff online before, but this time I did and it was great! I got everything I wanted and it was so easy. I didn't even have to pay for delivery because my purchase was over $50! The package arrived in just a few days and they kept me updated throughout. I'm really pleased with my experience, thanks a lot! 🙌
Online shopping experience
I just bought some stuff online and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. The website was easy to use and I found everything I needed without any trouble. Checking out was quick and easy. After I placed my order, I got a confirmation email right away.
Clothing items
I just bought some clothes online and when they finally arrived, I was pretty bummed out by the quality. So, I made the decision to return them, and was pretty shocked to find out that I had to fork out for the return shipping. It just didn't seem right, especially since I live far from any stores. At the end of it all, I was left out of money and with nothing to show for it.
White t-shirt with grey print, leggings, sweater.
I just bought a white t-shirt with a grey design on the neck and some leggings and a sweater from this store. I was really disappointed because the grey print on the back of the neck bled onto the fabric, making it unusable. Also, the leggings, which I've been buying for years, lost an eye after just one wear, and the sweater looked worn out already. Now I'm worried about how long my favorite items from this store will last.
Variety of items
I just bought a bunch of stuff from this store that has everything you need in one spot. I was happy to find everything I wanted there, especially since not many stores are open right now. Ordering online was super easy, and my stuff came on time and in good shape. All in all, I had a really good shopping experience at this store.
Garment from Izabel collection
I just bought something online from a big clothing store and was planning to pick it up in person through their click and collect service. But to my surprise, I found out that my item had to be shipped to me instead. I only found out at the last minute when I was about to pay, and it was annoying because I usually prefer click and collect to avoid paying for shipping. If I had known this earlier, I might have changed my mind about buying it.
Got two sweaters on sale
I got two sweaters from Matalan online, and guess what? They were on sale! I was super pumped to snag a good deal. But, I had to send one back because I went a size down and it was too snug. Note to self - stick with my usual size! But, generally, I'm always pleased with the things I buy from Matalan.
Tight trousers, size 16.
I had to take back my order today because the pants were way too snug. I need to swap them for a size 18. I was let down by how the delivery went. I got a message saying my package was dropped off, but it ended up at my neighbor's doorstep. The delivery folks seem a bit careless and not paying much mind to where they're leaving the packages.
Payment issue with One4All card
I had a really frustrating experience the other day when I was trying to make a payment on a website. I wanted to use my One4All card since it was listed as an accepted payment method with the right icon. But for some reason, even though my card was valid and had enough credit, the payment just wouldn't go through when I entered my card details. It was a real hassle, I ended up having to use a different card, go to the actual store to get a refund, and then buy the items again with my One4All card. It was a huge inconvenience and took up a lot of my time. I really hope they fix this problem on their website so that other customers don't have to deal with the same frustration in the future.
Fresh meat and vegetables
I bought some fresh meat and veggies at your store the other day and I have to say, I was really impressed with how good everything was. The meat was way better than what I usually get at other places. I also liked that I could pick out smaller portions of veggies, which works great for me as a solo shopper. The store layout made it super easy to find everything I needed. Thanks!
Cool clothes, great prices
I ordered some clothes from the store and they arrived super quickly. The clothes were all really cool styles and they fit me perfectly, they looked awesome too. And guess what? They were on sale so I got them for a really good price!
Bedding set
So I bought this bedding set from the store the other day, right? But when it showed up, it was totally the wrong one. Luckily, the Manager there was super helpful and fixed everything right away. Looks like the folks in the warehouse might need some more training though, this mix-up shouldn't have happened in the first place, you know?
Shopping for Miss Ramsgate Organization event
Hey there! I'm in charge of the Miss Ramsgate Organization and I'm always on the lookout for stores that have nice outfits for our big annual event. Matalan at Westwood Cross totally blew me away with their awesome customer service. The staff there were super helpful in finding the same outfits in different sizes. They didn't just help me in the store, they even went the extra mile by looking for more items online. The stuff I got, like necklaces, earrings, skirts, blouses, pants, and jackets, were all really good quality with no issues in stitching or fabric. I'm really impressed with Matalan's service and will definitely be back for future events.
Click & collect convenience
I just wanted to share my recent experience with the click & collect option, and I must say it was awesome. I was able to try on my items in store when I picked them up, which was super handy. But what really blew me away was how easy the return process was - if something didn't fit or look right, I could just bring it back to the till and get my refund back on my credit card in just a few days. Most places take forever to give you your money back, so this was a pleasant surprise. Overall, I was really impressed with how smooth and efficient the click & collect service was at this store.
2 pair men’s trousers
I ordered two pairs of men's pants, but when I went to pick them up, there was only one pair there! It was really annoying, so I gave the assistant my information, and they said they would call me back. It's been three days now, and still no phone call. No pants, no refund, just disappointment. Not cool, man. Why did this have to happen at the store in Washington? Definitely not what I was expecting.

Clothing items for holidays
Recently I bought some clothes for my upcoming vacation and had a really good shopping experience. It was easy to order and my stuff came quickly. The quality was actually really good for the price I paid. I did order a bigger size than usual but when I tried them on, I found out my regular size would have been just right. I sent back the bigger sizes without any problems and got my refund quickly. Since then, I've bought more stuff for my trip and have been really happy with everything I got.
Black suit for funeral
So, I recently need to get a black suit for a funeral I had to go to, and decided to order one online. The order was made on April 23rd, and the funeral was on May 3rd. After getting the order confirmation, I never got any info on when I could pick it up from the store. I went to the store twice to see what was going on. The first time was on April 26th, and they said my order hadn't come in yet. I went back on April 29th, and finally, they found my stuff buried under a pile of other orders. Everything was super wrinkled and creased, no time to fix it before the funeral. I was pretty upset with the lack of care they gave my order. I ended up just returning everything for a refund on the spot.
Online dress purchase
I recently bought a dress online and it went pretty well. Ordering was easy and I liked getting updates on my order so I could follow along. The dress I got was nice, but it didn't fit me like I wanted. Luckily, returning it was super easy because there was a store nearby. I took it back to the store and quickly got a refund by email. The return was smooth and fast, which I really liked. Overall, my whole experience with buying and returning the dress was really good.
