Rental success in 2 weeks
I am so pleased with how well things went using the platform. I posted my spaces and in only 2 weeks, I had them rented out. They got back to me really fast when I called, so I was able to find tenants right away. I'm really happy with the service from this platform.

$180 duvet cover fell apart
I bought this duvet cover for $180, and it started falling apart after just a week. The button holes and ties were coming loose really fast. In only five days, there were holes at two corners where the seams came undone completely. I tried contacting customer service, but I didn't hear back after waiting for five days and sending a follow-up email. It was so frustrating to get such poor quality and not even get a response when I needed help.

Tight trousers, size 16.
I had to take back my order today because the pants were way too snug. I need to swap them for a size 18. I was let down by how the delivery went. I got a message saying my package was dropped off, but it ended up at my neighbor's doorstep. The delivery folks seem a bit careless and not paying much mind to where they're leaving the packages.

Travel insurance purchase
I recently bought some travel insurance from this website that only gives you one company to choose from. Super annoying, eh, because the company they were promoting didn't even have any contact info and their website was all confusing. I was left wondering why Booking would even team up with them when they don't seem to care about helping out us customers. Booking.com should really up their game and give people more choices and sort out these problems right away, for sure.

Easy peasy ordering
I hopped on the internet to print some things and it was really easy to find what I needed. Placing the order was a breeze, just like a walk in the park. The proofing process was fast, and I could actually see where they were going to cut it out. That's pretty awesome!
