I was super pumped when I found a house to rent on this website! The photos and details were super impressive, but then my excitement turned to frustration pretty quick. I had some questions and it took forever to get answers. I mean, I sent three messages and it was like talking to a brick wall. And let me tell you, the payment process was a nightmare! I paid my rent on the first, but it didn't show in my account until the 28th. What a joke! And on top of that, the fees were crazy high. I ended up ditching the platform because of all these problems.

I've been using the parking lot since September and I gotta say, it's been great. No issues at all and the person I share the spot with is super nice. Having a lock for security is a bonus too, it gives me peace of mind knowing my car is safe.

Man, I'm so pissed off! I parked my car in a Neighbor parking spot and it got towed! Like, seriously? I've used Neighbor before to store my car when I go on trips, and it was all good. But this time, I came back and my car was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the host, no answer. So, I called Neighbor Customer Service and the lady was nice but couldn't really help except reach out to the host. The cops confirmed my car had been towed and I had to fork out a ton of cash to get it back. Can you believe Neighbor won't even cover the towing fees? Like, come on! I shelled out to store my car and they're washing their hands of it. Total rip-off!
