House rental
I was super pumped when I found a house to rent on this website! The photos and details were super impressive, but then my excitement turned to frustration pretty quick. I had some questions and it took forever to get answers. I mean, I sent three messages and it was like talking to a brick wall. And let me tell you, the payment process was a nightmare! I paid my rent on the first, but it didn't show in my account until the 28th. What a joke! And on top of that, the fees were crazy high. I ended up ditching the platform because of all these problems.
Parking lot usage
I've been using the parking lot since September and I gotta say, it's been great. No issues at all and the person I share the spot with is super nice. Having a lock for security is a bonus too, it gives me peace of mind knowing my car is safe.
Rental success in 2 weeks
I am so pleased with how well things went using the platform. I posted my spaces and in only 2 weeks, I had them rented out. They got back to me really fast when I called, so I was able to find tenants right away. I'm really happy with the service from this platform.
Horrible experience, bullying
I had such a terrible time with this app. The customer service was just awful. The staff were like a bunch of mean old guys, picking on me and treating me badly. I deleted this terrible app right away and I won't ever use it again.
cool skateboard
I got this really awesome skateboard from my neighbor and it's been so amazing. It's super cool and I've been cruising around my neighborhood all day. Everyone is totally jealous of my awesome new ride!
Parking with protection plan
I parked my car at Neighbor with a protection plan, and when I came back, my brand new car had scratches all over it. Neighbor wouldn't cover the damages and gave me lame excuses. It's the sketchiest business move I've ever seen. Don't bother trusting Neighbor with your stuff or your cash!
Parking spot help
Oh man, those guys were super quick to help me out and even showed me where to park. They were so friendly and really made my day.
Connecting with renters
You know, Neighbor is great for linking up with renters. It's reassuring to know they've been screened and all that. Yeah, they do take a cut of the cash, but it's worth it for the peace of mind, right? I prefer sticking with Neighbor because it's a breeze to find renters and I can trust I won't get scammed.
Motorhome storage inquiry
My experience with the company was a total letdown. I wanted to find a spot to park my motorhome, but when I went to check out the place, it was obviously not a good choice for safety and security. Even though I tried to cancel my request by email and phone, I never heard anything back from them. I was really annoyed and disappointed with the way they handled things - not very good customer service or professionalism at all.
Easy Storage Rental
My neighbor helped me rent out my storage unit so easily! I just sent them some pictures of the unit, they took care of putting up the listing, and it got rented out in about a month and a half. The insurance they provide is awesome since it covers everything, and I really appreciate that they handle collecting the rent and paying me every month. It really makes being a landlord a lot less stressful. I definitely recommend them!
Extra space rental
I'm pretty happy with my experience using Neighbor to rent out my extra space. It was easy to list my space and I liked being able to choose my own price. The only thing that bothered me was waiting until the end of the month to get paid, and then waiting a few more days for the money to come through. I also wish they were more upfront about the fees, it felt a bit sneaky. But on the positive side, the customer service team was pretty quick to get back to me when I had questions. One thing I would suggest to others thinking about using Neighbor is to make sure to clarify with the renter if they plan to continue renting after the first discounted month. Overall, Neighbor is an alright choice for renting out extra space.
Car towed from Neighbor parking
Man, I'm so pissed off! I parked my car in a Neighbor parking spot and it got towed! Like, seriously? I've used Neighbor before to store my car when I go on trips, and it was all good. But this time, I came back and my car was nowhere to be found. I tried calling the host, no answer. So, I called Neighbor Customer Service and the lady was nice but couldn't really help except reach out to the host. The cops confirmed my car had been towed and I had to fork out a ton of cash to get it back. Can you believe Neighbor won't even cover the towing fees? Like, come on! I shelled out to store my car and they're washing their hands of it. Total rip-off!
Home rental
You know what, the service at this place can be a bit inconsistent, depending on who you're dealing with. But seriously, can we talk about the spam emails? It's like they assume I want to be flooded with junk mail just because I visited their website. And let's not even start on those fake 5-star reviews all over their site.
Reservation for a neighborhood cleanup
I wanted to help clean up my neighborhood, so I went online to sign up for a cleanup event. But man, the website was so frustrating! Every time I tried to do something, I got logged out. I had to keep logging back in over and over again. It was the most annoying website I've ever used!

I had a really bad experience with this company during my recent move. The movers were so rough with my furniture that they ended up damaging several pieces that were in perfect condition before. When I talked to customer service about it, they were rude and not helpful at all. They didn't offer any solutions or compensation for the damages. It seemed like they didn't care about me as a customer. I would recommend anyone thinking about using this company for their move to choose another option.

Class A motorhome storage
I found some awesome storage with Neighbor. Parking at Tanger Outlets in the designated area is way better than regular storage. It's super easy to access, close to home, and they have 24/7 security checks. I highly recommend working with Carleen.

The customer service was just awful, eh. It felt like they were putting the blame on me for the problems with my purchase, you know what I mean? They were no help at all and I was left feeling so frustrated and let down. I for sure won't be coming back to shop here again, that's for sure.
