cat missing, can't get in touch
Oh my gosh, you know, my cat was missing after they left! I was super upset, I tried calling 1-800-GOT-JUNK to see if they knew anything but couldn't get through to anyone. I just hope my poor little fur baby is okay out there somewhere. It was just such a stressful situation, I really wish they had been more responsive.

The crew that came to take away my stuff were super professional and nice. They made everything so easy and stress-free, all while being really professional. I really liked how they paid attention to the little things and took care of my stuff. In the end, I was really happy with how the team handled everything.

Home junk removal
The junk removal service at my house was pretty good, to be honest. The crew showed up on time and got rid of all the stuff I wanted gone in no time. But there was a problem with the receipt - they charged me for more stuff than they actually took away. I tried to get in touch with the company to fix it, but haven't heard back yet. I'm kind of disappointed with their lack of customer service, and it's definitely made me think twice about using them again.

It was around 4:00pm, and even though the team got a bit held up from their last job, they were still able to come and get rid of the stuff efficiently. They had to maneuver some big things like a dining table, a small bookcase, and a reclining chair, as well as smaller things like empty boxes, kids' toys, and dishes. They also had to lift a mattress and box spring because of the tight space and budget restrictions. The team let me know that the things they got rid of would be picked up by the local waste management later on. All in all, Ed and Gordon did a great job, especially with a storm rolling in during the removal. I would definitely think about using this service again down the road.

But I wasn't too happy with the cost. They first told me it would be between $224 and $284, but in the end, I had to cough up almost double that - about $600. Junk removal
I scheduled a appointment with them and they said the cost would depend on how much stuff I needed to toss out. I mentioned I had 3 old TVs, a chair, a fold-up treadmill, and a BBQ. They initially quoted around $159, but when their truck arrived (which was late), they suddenly said it would be $300! After some back and forth, they brought it down to $249, but I still had to pay $90 more than I was originally told. I won't be dealing with them anymore, that's for certain.

The service we got was amazing, and honestly, it feels like a big weight has been lifted off our shoulders. The team we worked with, especially Connor, Conor, and Jannis, were absolutely incredible. They initially said it would cost around $400, but suddenly it jumped to over $900! I should've just taken care of it myself, way cheaper. But everything was out of the storage unit, so I was stuck.
