I recently placed a big order using some loyalty discount codes I received, but then the company canceled my order for no clear reason. I had to place the order again without being able to reuse the codes, which was really inconvenient. When I contacted Customer Services, they couldn't provide me with new codes. As a loyal customer who has been ordering from them for years, I'm very disappointed with how things went this time. It's frustrating to face these problems and get an unhelpful response from customer service. I might need to start searching for a new place to buy my jewelry from.

Their advertising is so misleading! I tried to do an image search like they said, cropped the image just like they instructed, but it didn't work at all. No accurate results. I even tried it out on a family member, still nothing. They forgot to mention that they only check public photos, so it has to be on a site like LinkedIn. I complained, but they were no help at all. I canceled right away, but they wouldn't give me a refund.

Hey, trust me, don't bother wasting your time or money on this photo editing software that claims to be top-notch. It's a mess, full of bugs and the interface is a pain to use with its outdated look and clunky design. Plus, there's this annoying background service that never quits running, and the facial recognition feature? Pretty much useless. Updates are rare and hardly do anything to make it better. And don't even get me started on the non-existent support team that never responds to feedback. Just steer clear of this one!
