I was just talking to customer service about scanning a document with the software I bought. The rep was super patient and knew their stuff, as always. Windows upgrade from Version 1903 to Version 1909
The guys, Akhil and Sahib, did a great job upgrading my Windows on my laptop. They kept me in the loop during the late night/early morning process and were really patient and thorough, especially since my laptop had some issues before. I'm really happy with the service from TweakBit.
