License activation issue
I just bought a license and was all pumped up to start using it, only to hit a roadblock when I went to activate it. The system told me I had already activated it on too many devices, but that's not possible because I hadn't even used it once. So, when I reached out to support for some help, they asked for a valid license number, which I couldn't provide because my license wasn't being recognized by the system. How does a legit license from an authorized seller end up being invalid? It's super annoying and now I feel like I threw away my money.
software suite
Don't bother spending your money on this software suite, eh. The safeerase part wiped out all my edge settings and was a real pain to use, eh. The disk image feature is okay for backing up files, but the recovery disk setup is way too complicated and annoying, eh. The defragger moves as slow as a snail, so it's basically useless, eh. And the customer support is no help at all, they are defensive and unhelpful, eh. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this product, eh.
I bought this Defrag software
OMG, I gotta tell ya, I downloaded this super famous defrag software and at first, I was pretty pumped about it. But man, there were a couple things that really got on my nerves. Like, why in the world didn't it have a dark theme option? I mean, who wants a blindingly bright screen when you're running your computer for hours on end, right?! And then, it couldn't handle some files and would just freeze up - talk about frustrating! Not to mention, the defrag modes had these totally random names that made zero sense, so I was constantly looking them up online. And don't even get me started on the default mode - it barely did a darn thing! Like, what's the deal with that? And on top of all of that, the pricing model is a total joke - having to pay for updates? No thank you. Definitely not worth it, I'm getting rid of this software pronto.
Clean wipe program
So I bought this thing to try and clean up my computer and make it run better. But it was a big mistake. My computer shut down and when I tried to restart it, I kept getting stuck in this loop of agreeing to their dumb licensing agreement. I couldn't get past it no matter what I tried. I even messed around with my computer settings and it didn't help. Now my computer is basically dead and I have to get it fixed professionally. I wasted $70 on this garbage program that didn't even work. I should have just stuck with EaseUS, way better and cheaper.
