I've been using this software for a while now on over 5 computers and 3 laptops - it's always done the job and doesn't break the bank. My only issue is that the two-year deal I snagged didn't come with a software upgrade, just a one-year subscription.

    I'm so happy with the software support service I got. My laptop's touchpad crapped out on me while I was away, but they were quick to email me back with different solutions, even if we didn't fix it right away.     Dual subscription mistake

    Sorry, I ended up getting two licenses by mistake instead of just one, but they totally sorted it out for me. I only really needed one license, so I asked if I could get a refund or maybe extend my subscription instead. They were really understanding and sorted it out quickly. So now I've got a license for a whole year, which is awesome!

    Reliable / Affordable / Effective and Great Support

    I've been using this product for a while now and it's been really great! No issues at all. Just make sure to pay attention when you're installing it and read all the screens because you have the option to choose if you want to install extra things or not. Sometimes it's useful, sometimes it's not. But you have the control. I had a question about renewing my subscription and upgrading one of the products. I sent them an email and within 12 hours, they replied and provided me with a new license for a free upgrade! That's fantastic customer service.

    Software Updater review

    Oh my goodness, I gotta tell you about this new Software Updater I tested out! It was seriously so helpful, eh! I've been using their Uninstaller for a bit now, and I thought I'd give this one a shot to see if it was just as awesome - and let me tell you, it totally was! The list of recommended software it gave me was unreal, and it made it super simple to keep my system up-to-date.

    Ehh, Wrong Order

    So, I made a mistake and ended up ordering the wrong item - classic move by me. I decided to contact Customer Support to try and fix my blunder. And lo and behold, within 24 hours, Zoe swooped in to save the day. Not only did she fix my mistake, but she also went above and beyond. Huge thanks to Zoe for coming through in the clutch!

    License install frustration

    I picked up a new software program and was really pumped to get it up and running. But, I hit a bit of a snag - the new licenses weren't automatically included in the installation process! I had to rifle through my emails to locate each license one by one, and then manually input them into the software. It was a real headache, taking way more time than expected! I reckon they ought to shoot over all the licenses in a single email after a purchase, that would make everything much smoother. But, don't get me wrong, this little hiccup doesn't change my overall positive opinion of the software - it's still really solid!
