Infected system issue with products.
I had this issue with a Trojan infection that wouldn't leave my computer screen after using stuff from this company. Even though they say they're all legit, I found their products to cause problems, so I got rid of them right away. I'm already using a VPN service and I don't like how they try to push for money from me or other folks who might be at risk.
Software
I gotta tell ya, the software I bought is working great, no issues at all. It's doing its job without any problems. Although, I did run into a few small problems with one of the features, but nothing serious enough to ruin everything. Just be careful of those sneaky checkboxes that pop up during installation, they might try to sneak in extra programs you didn't want!
PC optimization software
The PC optimization software from this company is really amazing. Even the free versions have great features that help speed up and improve my computer. The Pro versions have even more tools and functions that are worth paying for. The prices for the Pro versions are competitive, especially when you buy them in bundles, and they offer a lot of value. The customer support for the Pro versions is quick and helpful, so any problems are fixed right away. Overall, I'm really happy with the software and the company's services.
Uninstall product purchase
So I bought this uninstaller thing from a company and it was a total pain. I needed to delete some files from a larger uninstall file, you know? So I got this product and they ended up adding extra things that I didn't even ask for! And they signed me up for auto renew in 2025 without even letting me know! Ugh, was not impressed. I had to request a refund and cancel the auto renewals. Not cool, not cool at all.
System optimization software purchase
I bought this system optimization software hoping it would be useful, but it turned out to be more annoying than helpful. It did some things it said it would, but the non-stop ads, even after I paid for it, just drove me crazy. Definitely not worth the money. Don't bother with anything from this company.
Quick resolution of license issue
I had some trouble with my license and needed a quick fix. So, I contacted their customer service team and was pleasantly surprised by how fast they got back to me. Within a day, my problem was sorted out and I could keep using the product without any more hiccups. I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently they dealt with my issue. All in all, I'm super happy with the service I got.
Renewal of product code
I just renewed my product code and let me tell you, the customer service and user experience was not great. Right after I renewed it, the product code expired! When I asked for help, they were no help at all. I even got sent an old expired code. And to make matters worse, I kept getting bombarded with annoying pop-ups and programs I didn't ask for. All in all, it was not a good experience.
Driver updates and uninstalls
I thought the driver update feature was really handy since it updated drivers for most of my devices smoothly. But I did run into a problem with tablet drivers that needed to be chosen manually, so I had to do a clean installation afterwards. One big issue for me was the lack of clarity about extra programs during installation. I only got one notification about them, but ended up with four or more installed without me agreeing to it.
Software subscription
I was so disappointed with my experience using this software subscription. They signed me up for a recurring subscription without even asking me, and it was such a hassle trying to cancel it. The way they hide things and trick customers into staying subscribed is just not right. I felt like I was being ripped off and treated unfairly as a customer. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.
Software purchase
I just bought some software online and got an email explaining how to activate it using my old keys. I've been using this software for a while now on over 5 computers and 3 laptops - it's always done the job and doesn't break the bank. My only issue is that the two-year deal I snagged didn't come with a software upgrade, just a one-year subscription.
Driver Booster software
This software is just terrible, eh. It's definitely a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Program) with all that useless stuff and fake reviews. I'm really disappointed in how they're not being upfront and honest. I won't be using any of their products again and I suggest others avoid them too, you know.
Software support service
I'm so happy with the software support service I got. My laptop's touchpad crapped out on me while I was away, but they were quick to email me back with different solutions, even if we didn't fix it right away. I really appreciate how fast they got back to me and how much they tried to help me out.
Software order, email issue
I got in touch with customer service because I was missing software from a typo in my email. Cicely from customer service fixed the problem right away and sent the software quickly. I've been a customer for more than ten years and I really recommend their service.
Fingerprint driver software
After having trouble finding the fingerprint driver software for my mini PC, I thought I'd give Driver Booster Pro a shot. But, turns out it didn't find the driver I was looking for. So I decided to contact their Support team for a hand. The whole thing was super easy and fast, and they hooked me up with the right driver software in no time. I was really impressed by how quickly they helped me out and how willing they were to assist.
New computer software transfer
I just got a new computer and needed to move all my stuff from my old one. So, I reached out to customer service for help. They got back to me super quick and gave me some clear instructions on how to transfer my software. I'm really thankful for their fast and efficient support.
Dual subscription mistake
Sorry, I ended up getting two licenses by mistake instead of just one, but they totally sorted it out for me. I only really needed one license, so I asked if I could get a refund or maybe extend my subscription instead. They were really understanding and sorted it out quickly. So now I've got a license for a whole year, which is awesome!
Skipped the actual software, downloaded spam
I wanted to give this program a shot, but let me tell you, it was a total mess! I had to spend so much time getting rid of all the extra junk it snuck onto my computer. I just wanted to make my PC faster, not slower with all that unnecessary stuff like screen recorders, VPNs, and pop-ups. Like, seriously, how can I trust a software that does that? Major yikes.
Reliable / Affordable / Effective and Great Support
I've been using this product for a while now and it's been really great! No issues at all. Just make sure to pay attention when you're installing it and read all the screens because you have the option to choose if you want to install extra things or not. Sometimes it's useful, sometimes it's not. But you have the control. I had a question about renewing my subscription and upgrading one of the products. I sent them an email and within 12 hours, they replied and provided me with a new license for a free upgrade! That's fantastic customer service.
Software Updater review
Oh my goodness, I gotta tell you about this new Software Updater I tested out! It was seriously so helpful, eh! I've been using their Uninstaller for a bit now, and I thought I'd give this one a shot to see if it was just as awesome - and let me tell you, it totally was! The list of recommended software it gave me was unreal, and it made it super simple to keep my system up-to-date.
Advanced systemcare
I actually really like using the Advanced systemcare program. It's been awesome at making my computer run better and smoother. But, I had a bad time with the driver update feature recently. I thought I'd try using the free version to update my touchpad driver, and it ended up making my touchpad not work at all. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, but nothing seems to be working. It's been super frustrating and disappointing.
