I gotta tell ya, the software I bought is working great, no issues at all. It's doing its job without any problems. Although, I did run into a few small problems with one of the features, but nothing serious enough to ruin everything. Just be careful of those sneaky checkboxes that pop up during installation, they might try to sneak in extra programs you didn't want!

This company is just the absolute worst, honestly. Sure, the clothes might be cheap at first glance, but once you factor in the insane shipping fees and duty charges, you're basically paying a fortune. And let me tell you about their customer service - it's total garbage. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place to save yourself from all the hassle.

Chat function only available on phone
The chat feature was really annoying to use because I could only access it on my phone. When I attempted to use it on my computer, it was glitchy and not working right. That made it hard for me to get the help I was looking for.

Broken seat mechanism warranty claim
I had an issue with my chair where the seat mechanism broke, and I was bummed to see it happened while still under warranty. After going back and forth with customer service through messages, I finally got an RMA number on July 27, 2022. It's been five months now, and I still haven't gotten a replacement. Every time I check in, they say they'll check on it, but then I hear nothing until I bug them again. The lack of communication and not sticking to their warranty promise has really irked me and made me unhappy with their customer service.

I'm so happy with the parka I got for this winter. It's super tough and keeps me nice and cozy when it's cold outside. I don't have to wear a bunch of layers anymore, just this one coat keeps me warm. The quality is top-notch, I'm sure it'll last me many winters.

I absolutely adore my new wireless charging station from this company, eh? It's amazing because all I have to do is put my phone on it and it charges really quickly. Not to mention, it looks super stylish on my desk and I'm a big fan of the eco-friendly design. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's been working like a charm. I would definitely recommend it, for sure!

OnePlus Open
I've been a loyal customer of this brand for a long time, and I've always been impressed by how well their devices are made. But I recently bought the OnePlus Open, and I have to say I was really let down by the user experience. Even though the build quality was still great, the device itself just didn't work well. It was always glitchy and frustrating to use, especially the small screen edge that didn't respond well to touch and needed multiple taps to work. It's been a real pain, and it's definitely made me a lot less happy with the product. I hate to say it, but based on my own experience, I can't recommend the OnePlus Open to others, and I probably won't be buying any more OnePlus devices in the future.
