I opened a dispute with AMEX in January and then got into a back-and-forth where the company said they’d given return labels and never received the item. That never happened — I’ve got the emails to prove it — and now, months on (nearly nine) it still hasn’t been resolved. Frustrating, repetitive, honestly a bit exhausting to chase. And yet, I can’t deny I’ve had mostly good experiences with their other outerwear, so I’m hesitant to write them off completely. My advice: if you buy this, photograph everything the moment you notice an issue, hang onto all correspondence, and use a card with dispute protection. I wish they were clearer about materials and quicker to own mistakes. Final thought: the fleece itself was a miss for me, the support felt slow and defensive, but I still respect the brand’s other pieces enough that I might give them another chance someday.
