Broken-in trust, not just the fleece

Returns & Refunds

the fleece disappointed me quickly, but I’m not ready to burn the whole brand down. I’ve owned a few of their coats for years and they’ve been great, so I tried this fleece expecting the same. Within about 30 days it started to pill and literally come apart in places — bits of fabric pulling away until there were almost holes. I reached out to customer service and they told me it was wear and tear and not covered by the lifetime warranty, which didn’t sit right given how new it was and how it was advertised as fleece, not a delicate knit. I opened a dispute with AMEX in January and then got into a back-and-forth where the company said they’d given return labels and never received the item. That never happened — I’ve got the emails to prove it — and now, months on (nearly nine) it still hasn’t been resolved. Frustrating, repetitive, honestly a bit exhausting to chase. And yet, I can’t deny I’ve had mostly good experiences with their other outerwear, so I’m hesitant to write them off completely. My advice: if you buy this, photograph everything the moment you notice an issue, hang onto all correspondence, and use a card with dispute protection. I wish they were clearer about materials and quicker to own mistakes. Final thought: the fleece itself was a miss for me, the support felt slow and defensive, but I still respect the brand’s other pieces enough that I might give them another chance someday.

Quality and comfort

Product

I just bought a parka from this company and it's really great quality. The service was amazing too. They delivered it quickly and took good care in packaging it. The design is both practical and stylish, perfect for winter. You can see they paid attention to detail in the packaging, even giving a wooden hanger and bag cover to keep the coat safe. I've gotten a lot of compliments when wearing it, and it's kept me warm and cozy even in the freezing cold. I'm really happy with everything and definitely suggest this brand to others.

HyBridge Weyburn Hoodie jacket

Product

I recently bought a HyBridge Weyburn Hoodie jacket from the store, eh? But when I got the jacket, I was pretty disappointed with the quality, you know? The stitching was not great and there were issues with the jacket itself. It was a bummer because this brand is known for being good quality. Despite my concerns, I decided to give them another shot and ordered the same jacket again, hoping for better luck. Unfortunately, the second jacket was even worse than the first one. The stitching was really bad, and fur was coming out from all over the place on the jacket. When I contacted customer service, they weren't very helpful and only offered a small amount as compensation. They didn't seem to think the quality issues were a big deal at all. It's disappointing to see a brand that is known for high-end clothing not living up to expectations in terms of both materials and workmanship. As a customer, I feel disappointed by their lack of attention to detail and commitment to making customers happy. Based on my experiences, I don't know if I can justify buying their products when there are better options out there.

A coat from the right store

Service

My time at two different Canada Goose stores was like night and day. The one in Banff was awesome - the rep there knew their stuff and helped me find the perfect coat. They really listened to what I wanted and gave me honest advice on what would work best for me. They even gave me some tips on how to take care of my new coat. But man, the store at Chinook mall in Calgary was a letdown. The staff there seemed like they didn't care at all, and it made me think twice about getting a coat from Canada Goose. Luckily, I decided to give it another go at the Banff store, and it was totally worth it.

Winter jackets for different weather types

Product

As someone who really believes in the quality and experience of this brand, I can't say enough good things about their winter jackets. From the moment I started shopping to how fast the shipping was, everything was just top-notch. Opening the package was a total delight, and the product's quality really showed its worth. I've gotten a few more jackets for different types of weather since then, and they've kept me warm through the brutal winters here in South Dakota. I'm completely in love with my winter gear and will definitely be sticking with this brand for a long time.

Size exchange, beautifully packaged, quality product

Returns & Refunds

My shopping experience with the brand was pretty good. I needed to swap sizes, but it was easy peasy. The product came in a lovely package and looked great, which made the whole thing even better. However, I thought the product was decent, but it felt like a big chunk of the price was just for the brand name. For me, I don't think I'll buy from this brand again because I care more about the quality than the name.

Lifetime warranty jacket

Returns & Refunds

The customer service was so great, and the product totally blew me away. The lifetime warranty is such a relief, and even though it cost a pretty penny, I know it's gonna last me forever. This jacket is just so cozy and toasty, without making me overheat.

Trade-in experience

Returns & Refunds

I just want to say that I had a really good experience doing a trade-in online recently. Everything went so smoothly and I was impressed by how easy it all was. The customer service was top-notch, and the online chat support was really helpful with all my questions. I was really happy with how everything turned out and it left me feeling really satisfied.

High-quality products

Product

I recently bought some really nice stuff from this store and I gotta say I was pretty impressed. They got my order to me fast and everything was packed up nicely. I like that they usually have everything in stock. The style of their products is definitely something I'm into. But to be honest, I wish they had more clothes without their logo on them. I care more about the quality than the branding. That's why I don't shop here as much as I'd like, even though I love their sweaters and jackets.

Expensive coat, lower quality fur trim

Product

I bought a new coat from here recently, and gotta say I'm a bit let down by the fur trim quality. This is my second coat from this brand, and the fur on this new one just doesn't measure up to my old one, even though it cost me a pretty penny. And was shocked to learn after buying it that they've switched to fake fur now, which I'm not too thrilled about.

Best quality parka

Product

I just bought a parka from this company, and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how good their stuff is! The parka is top-notch, super warm, and tough - perfect for those chilly Canadian winters. The website was easy to use, and I had no problems placing my order quickly. Everything from ordering to getting it shipped was smooth and quick.

Gilet purchase from Canada Goose

Product

It was really nice dealing with Canada Goose from start to finish. The quality and attention to detail in their products are just amazing. I recently bought the Gilet from Canada Goose and it was such a great experience. The product quality was even better than I expected, giving me both style and warmth during the winter. The customer service I got was excellent, with quick and helpful responses to all my questions. I can't wait to get more Canada Goose products in the future, knowing I can count on their top-notch quality and service.

Expensive coat stitching broke in a month

Returns & Refunds

So, I splurged on this really expensive coat and only wore it for, like, a month when the stitching on one arm started coming undone. I was so frustrated! I reached out about the lifetime warranty, but it took forever (around 6-8 weeks) to get a response. And you know what? They said they couldn't help and just sent the coat back. Save your money and avoid buying from them.

Overpriced jacket

Product

This jacket was such a waste of money. The color faded after only one time wearing it, and the quality was just not good enough. I'm never buying anything from this company again after the disappointing experience I had with their product.

Warm and versatile coat

Product

The coat I bought is amazing - it's warm enough to wear by itself, but also not too bulky so I can easily put a sweater or hoodie underneath for extra warmth. I'd recommend getting a size smaller as it fits big. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

Durability, comfort, winter

Product

I'm so happy with the parka I got for this winter. It's super tough and keeps me nice and cozy when it's cold outside. I don't have to wear a bunch of layers anymore, just this one coat keeps me warm. The quality is top-notch, I'm sure it'll last me many winters.

Parka - low quality material

Product

I bought my parka in navy blue less than a year ago. Sadly, I've already noticed that the color is fading a lot under the arms, which makes me think the material isn't very good. I have other jackets and none of them have had this issue. When I contacted customer service about using the lifetime warranty, they told me that color loss is normal for their jackets, which surprised and upset me. There are even white spots under the arms where the blue has completely disappeared. I wish I could send pictures to show how the jacket is falling apart, but I can't seem to find that option. The parka design caught my eye and I thought the quality would be good, but now I'm very let down.

Winter jackets

Product

I really love the winter jackets I got from this company - they're so convenient and great quality. They have an awesome selection of styles, and the jackets are top-notch. Plus, the deliveries are super quick, which is a huge bonus when you're trying to stay warm during those brutal Canadian winters. I always know I can count on this company to keep me and my family cozy. I'm already looking forward to shopping here again!

Jacket cleaning service

Service

I just tried out the jacket cleaning service and I thought it was pretty easy overall. The option to buy a warranty is cool, but not everything is included so you might end up paying extra. They gave back the jackets quickly and the prices were fair. Even though you have to pay for cleaning if you didn't do it before, I think it's worth it to have them do it instead of going somewhere else. They could do better with explaining the prices and warranty coverage, but I'm happy with how everything turned out.

Waterproof Sneakers

Product

I bought two pairs of waterproof sneakers recently. They look really nice and have a cool design. But, despite being made for hiking, I didn't find them very comfortable to wear for long periods because they're kind of heavy. Also, I noticed they get a bit slippery on rainy days, which isn't ideal. I do like how they look, but I think they're too expensive for what you get in terms of comfort and functionality. I get that the high price is because of the brand, but it's still hard to justify. Overall, even though I like the brand's reputation, I probably wouldn't buy from them again based on my experience.
