It's kind of annoying to have to keep bugging them about a little old $5 bulb, especially since the lamp cost a pretty penny. I think Lumens should've done more to fix this, like sending someone over with the missing part. Their lack of attention to detail and customer service makes me think twice about ordering from them again.

So, I splurged on this really expensive coat and only wore it for, like, a month when the stitching on one arm started coming undone. I was so frustrated! I reached out about the lifetime warranty, but it took forever (around 6-8 weeks) to get a response. And you know what? They said they couldn't help and just sent the coat back. Save your money and avoid buying from them.

Sorry, but my recent order only came partially. I get that errors can happen, but the way customer service handled it was disappointing. They wanted me to cough up more cash to speed up the missing item, which I thought was bad service. Instead of rushing that missing piece, they just wanted to take everything back and have me pay for shipping.
