Lights for home renovation
I bought some lights for my home reno from this store not too long ago. It's been more than 15 days and they still haven't shipped my order. I reached out to customer support a bunch of times, and every time they said it would go out the next day. It was such a pain because my lighting guy couldn't wait any longer, so we had to use something else in the meantime.
Order was cancelled for no reason
I tried to place an order, but I never heard back from the company. Their customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend giving them a chance.

I ordered some lights from this place, but then I found better quality ones for cheaper at a store in the UK. It took like 3 weeks for the lights to finally arrive, and when they did, one of the strips wouldn't stick. Even after making sure the area was all clean and dry, it just wouldn't work. I tried emailing them multiple times, but they never bothered to get back to me. Seriously, terrible service, folks. I suggest just buying from the UK next time so you can actually get what you're looking for.
High-end floor lamp
Hey there! I recently bought this fancy floor lamp and it got to me super fast, which was awesome. But, when I opened it up, the box was all banged up. The lamp itself seemed okay at first, but then I saw that the LED bulb it was supposed to come with was missing. I told Lumens right away, but they just kept saying they were waiting for approval to send me a new one. It's kind of annoying to have to keep bugging them about a little old $5 bulb, especially since the lamp cost a pretty penny. I think Lumens should've done more to fix this, like sending someone over with the missing part. Their lack of attention to detail and customer service makes me think twice about ordering from them again.
Delayed order delivery
I'm pretty disappointed with my recent experience at Lumens, eh. I ordered a few things and they said it would take about 4 weeks to get here. But guess what? After waiting for 2.5 months, I finally got a shipping confirmation. And what do you know, after waiting another 2 weeks, 2 attempts at shipping, and many calls to customer service, I still don't have my stuff! It's so frustrating that even though they have the items, they can't get them to me. I live in a house with a clear unit number, so there shouldn't be any issues with delivery. Right now, I just want them to cancel my order and give me my money back, ASAP.
High-end lighting fixtures
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now, spending quite a bit on their products. But my recent experience left me feeling let down. I ordered a key item that ended up being delayed with no heads up. When I reached out asking for help with faster shipping and reimbursement for the extra costs I had to shell out at another store, they weren't very helpful and turned down my request. As someone who prides myself on offering top-notch service to my own customers, I was pretty disappointed by their lack of care for me. Overall, this time dealing with them was a letdown, and I'd warn others to be cautious about their service.
Overpriced lighting fixture
Don't bother spending your hard-earned money at that place. The prices are through the roof for products that aren't even that great. The customer service is terrible, and don't even get me started on how long it takes for your order to arrive. It's honestly a total joke.
Chandelier purchase
I recently spent so much time looking for the perfect chandelier on this website. And after finally picking one out, imagine my disappointment when I found out it wouldn't be shipped for another week. Fast forward two months, they suddenly canceled my order without even telling me beforehand. I only found out when I reached out to ask about my delivery. This lack of communication and not caring about customer satisfaction is just not right. Now, I have to find another store to buy that chandelier I had my heart set on, after Lumens kept my money for so long.

So, I picked up some lights from this store and most of them were good to go. However, there was one light that arrived all busted up and they still haven't sorted it out. The people who assist you are pretty quick to respond, but they only price match on regular items, not the sale stuff. They seem to just specialize in lights, so I can't really comment on anything else they might sell. Overall, I haven't had any big issues besides that one broken light. Shipping is quick and I prefer using their chat feature, it's simpler than making a phone call.
Pendant lights for second house
I bought some pendant lights for my second home not too long ago, but I ended up having to send them back. When the lights showed up, they were all bundled together and way heavier than I thought they'd be. It was a pain trying to return them, since I got hit with a big charge for sending them back and had to deal with two different labels. The person on customer service I talked to didn't really seem to care about my complaints and didn't help me out at all.
Wireless standing lamp for between two recliners without an outlet
After searching a ton, I finally found the perfect solution for my lighting! This rechargeable lamp I got is super useful and looks great too. The "rust" colour gives a classy vibe to my living room. I'm totally happy with my buy.
Recent return experience
Sending back items to this company was a total nightmare. It took a whole six weeks for me to get my credit after sending back four items. I had to make multiple calls, and even then, I only got $2,000 out of the $3,000 they owed me. It took three weeks just to get that part of my money back. Dealing with the rest of the money was a real pain, and it wasn't until two months later that I finally got the remaining $1,000. This whole experience has really turned me off, and I won't be buying from them again. I used to be a regular and big spender, but this has really made me think twice about my loyalty. I definitely wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, the return process was a complete mess. Be careful if you decide to buy from there!
White glove service not offered
I was so let down by my recent purchase from this company. They never even asked if I wanted white glove service, but instead just left a bunch of boxes on a pallet in my driveway on a rainy night. I felt so frustrated and disappointed by the lack of help with the delivery. And to top it off, they didn't even try to fix things or make it right. I definitely wouldn't recommend getting furniture from this website if you care about good customer service.
Got a cool nightstand light
Lumens are great for lights! The sales reps were so helpful in helping me choose the perfect one. It arrived super quickly and in perfect condition. My new Pina light looks fantastic on my nightstand!
WORST COMPANY EVER!
I'm really disappointed with this company, eh. Honestly, you can't trust any of the reviews cause they're so shady. They don't even let you leave a review for the items you buy! I ordered some stuff and it all arrived damaged, and the customer service was terrible. Their return policy is a joke, and their marketing is so misleading. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the items came with incomplete packaging. It's just a big ol' mess, eh!
Light fixtures purchase for project
I'm so disappointed with the service from this company. I used their services for a design project and it's been a total nightmare. They promised free shipping, but my client kept getting bills from Fedex which added extra costs. I tried reaching out to Lumens multiple times about this problem, but no luck. And to make things worse, one of the light fixtures arrived broken and I'm still waiting for a refund. It's frustrating to have to waste so much time fixing things after buying. I definitely won't be ordering from them again.
Pendant lighting purchase
I bought some pendant lighting for my kitchen from this store a few years ago, and it turned out to be a big mistake. Those pendants were just waiting to cause trouble. They kept failing on me, and to make matters worse, they ate up expensive halogen bulbs like it was nobody's business.
