So, we got this fancy vase as a wedding gift for our Son and Daughter In-Law, but it was a real letdown. After just a few months, a chip popped up, making it look bad and totally useless. When we tried to ask about any warranty, turns out there's none in the US. In Australia, though, they offer a one year replacement deal for customers. Their response saying the vase is just for show, not actual use, really got us frustrated and disappointed. Seems like this brand cares more about looks than quality or durability. We ended up having to shell out more money to get a replacement from a different company that actually stands by their stuff.

I had a problem with my flight ticket, it wasn't issued and it caused a ton of stress and frustration. After quite a few back and forths with customer service, Julie was finally able to help us out and give us a full refund back into our bank accounts. It was such a relief to not end up losing any money in the end.

As someone who has purchased the theme and service package, I have to say that my interactions with customer support were really disappointing. We had an agreement to automatically renew my plan, but the upgrade didn't happen as promised. This caused a bunch of problems with my theme and add-ons, affecting my customers. I had to wait a really long time for help, and they didn't stick to our agreement, which made things even more frustrating. The issues weren't fixed, and the lack of action led me to ask for a refund, but they haven't responded. The lack of follow-up and communication has left me feeling let down and annoyed. I no longer want to be associated with the brand and I hope this can be resolved quickly.

After searching a ton, I finally found the perfect solution for my lighting! This rechargeable lamp I got is super useful and looks great too. The "rust" colour gives a classy vibe to my living room. I'm totally happy with my buy.
