I had to wait a really long time for help, and they didn't stick to our agreement, which made things even more frustrating. The issues weren't fixed, and the lack of action led me to ask for a refund, but they haven't responded. The lack of follow-up and communication has left me feeling let down and annoyed. I no longer want to be associated with the brand and I hope this can be resolved quickly.
