Account Manager Help
My favourite thing about Debutify is having an account manager like Mirza Asad. He's really helpful and has saved me a lot of time in getting my store just the way I want it. Mirza is always on top of things, fixing any problems and making sure I'm satisfied with the outcomes. And guess what - he was even helping me at 3am! I feel really confident using Debutify because of him. Just schedule a call and he's ready to assist. Mirza definitely deserves a raise, but please don't take him away from us! Thanks a lot, Debutify!
Customizable platform with outstanding account manager support
Debutify is a really awesome platform that's super easy to customize and gives you a smooth user experience. The thing that makes Debutify stand out is the amazing support you get from their account managers. They really go the extra mile to make sure you have a good time. Especially Mirza, he's been so helpful and attentive. His knowledge and commitment to making sure we succeed has made our experience with the platform even better. We're really thankful for his outstanding support and dedication.
Technical support efficiency
I had a technical call booked with the company's technical support team, and I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with how efficient and professional they were. The tech guy, Adil, managed to fix six issues right then and there, which was pretty amazing. He even took the time to let me know about this new app and I'm thinking of checking it out next week. All in all, I was really happy with how everything went and I wish the team good luck with whatever they do next.
Easy website design
Debutify is a total game-changer for us store owners who aren't great with tech. The themes are super sleek and easy to use, which makes it a breeze to put together a really professional-looking Shopify site. I love that I can personalize add-ons to fit what my store needs. But what really impressed me was the amazing customer support. Adil Abbas was so patient and took the time to answer all my questions to make sure I got it. Big props to the whole Debutify team!

Support for paid plugins
I had a problem with the paid plugins not showing up on my website, but the tech support team at the company fixed it right away. I'm really happy with the customer support they provided and with how well the theme works. Even though I'm using 20 paid plugins, my website still loads super fast and has a B rating on GTmetrix. The quarterly plan at 185€ is a great deal compared to hiring a developer in-house. I'm really pleased with my overall experience.
