    Skincare set

I just bought a skincare set from WeMakeBeauty and I gotta say, I'm seriously impressed with how good the products are. They came in really sturdy packaging and were in perfect shape when they arrived. Plus, my skin has been loving them - it feels so moisturized and refreshed. I would definitely suggest this set to anyone wanting to step up their skincare game.

    Gray hair transformation

My hair was like hay, all coarse and frizzy because of those pesky grays. But hey, after using this shampoo and conditioner that I could tailor to my needs for a few months, my hair is now silky, smooth, and easy to handle. I straighten it every day and it still looks healthy and strong. I loved being able to customize the products for my hair issues, and I honestly think they've made my hair way better. I totally suggest these products to anyone who wants to give their hair a glow-up.

    Novelty sunglasses purchase

I just bought a pair of cool sunglasses from your company and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with how awesome they are. They're not only fun and stylin', but they also keep my eyes safe from the sun. The designs are so unique and really pop, I got tons of compliments when I wore them to a party. I'm definitely thinking about grabbing more pairs down the road.

    Free Trial

Pretty much all of the reviews about it being a scam I'd have to agree with. I signed up for a 4-week free trial, however, once you're in, they just try to sell you everything. Toolkits, resource guides, certificates, whatever. And they have it set up as a one-click purchase so if you click the button, you're charged. I didn't do any of that. The class on graphic design was way too basic. To complete the whole thing, you have to be a member for 4 months. When I tried to cancel, I had to go through 9 different pages where they keep asking me if I wanted to cancel. When you finally get to the last one, it says you must call to cancel. I managed to escape all of this craziness since by paying with PayPal, they create a billing agreement which I, the customer, am able to cancel at any time. Billing agreement cancelled. Bye Bye Shaw Academy. Oh, btw.... they email you and text you until you're ready to break your phone.

How to cancel Shawn academy and is it truth that company is was scam

Hi ZMiller, I also signed up for the 4-week free trial in Graphic Design just recently and I finished Module 1 in less than a week and before I decided on the Premium Membership I started researching on the legitimacy about the academy as well as if the Certificates are truly accredited. And sure enough, I came across a string of bad reviews how the whole thing is a scam. So I managed to unsubscribe and have PayPal blocked auto-payment to the academy once the trial period is over. I do have one question though which is of great concern: Do you remember in one of the lessons in Module 1 about creating Logos with Adobe Illustrator, before the instructor started doing a demo on Fred's Coffee exercise, there was a short video clip of her creating a double exposure bear & forest logo using free vector clip arts from Pixabay.com and she was demonstrating how to create a forest outline on the back of the bear asf. I just came across a how-to video on YouTube by a YouTuber 'Logos by Nick' and he was demonstrating using an open-source program, Inkscape, on how to create a double exposure of a bear with a forest outline on its back. If you have a look at the video titled under 'Create Double Exposure Logos with Inkscape' posted by Logos with Nick, the scene is almost a duplicate down to the pink forest background and the blue bear in the foreground. It was uncanny. 'Logos by Nick' posted the video this year in April and I saw the same video clip in Shaw Academy just a few days ago. After reading so many people online claiming Shaw Academy as a scam, It makes me wonder if Shaw Academy is stealing videos from YouTubers and claiming them their own? Unfortunately, I got no evidence to prove my findings and I wish I had done a screen-recording during my sessions.
