Purchased hair products with custom sugar and spice fragrance
I've been using these hair products for years now and they never let me down. This time, I got my order with the sugared and spiced scent, and it's amazing! I use the shampoo, conditioner, hair oil, and now the leave-in conditioner, and my hair has never been so good. I don't think I'll ever change to any other hair products again. The customer service is really friendly and helpful too.
Hair products purchase
The hair products I bought are seriously amazing, way better than anything I've tried from regular stores. My hair has never looked this good since I started using them - shinier, healthier, and easier to deal with. But man, I was so annoyed with how long it took for them to arrive. Even though I live in Canada, it took a whole week just for the order to leave the warehouse, and then it took two weeks to make its way to me while wandering around New Jersey.

I ordered some hair care products about a month ago, but I still haven't gotten them. I've tried reaching out to customer service to figure out what's going on, but nobody has responded to my emails. It's frustrating to pay for something and not actually get it, especially when the company isn't keeping me in the loop. This whole situation has been super annoying and definitely not what I was expecting when I placed my order.

So, I was using this different custom hair product before, and let me tell you, my hair was a disaster. I mean, brushing through it was like a struggle. But then my friend recommended this new custom hair product she was using, and her hair looked amazing. Plus, it was way cheaper, so I thought, why not give it a shot? And now, my hair is so soft and manageable. I couldn't be happier! 😊

I gotta tell ya, I was so happy to see how long my shampoo and conditioner bottles lasted. I've got this long, thick hair that everyone's jealous of, and I gotta wash my hair every day because of my skin condition. But even with all that, I only needed 4 pumps of each product every day, and I could probably get away with using even less. The price might seem steep, but the fact that these lasted me a full 6 months makes it totally worth it. I've tried other brands before that I had to buy again every month, so the fact that these lasted so long really blew me away.

I just bought a bunch of haircare and skincare stuff from this company - serum, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. And let me tell you, they're all fantastic. Smell great and spot on with what I expected. Plus, the packaging is super cute, they even come with stickers to jazz up the bottles. I haven't been using them long enough for a full review, so I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
Thick curly hair
I've got really thick, curly hair and it's always been a challenge to find products that actually work for me. So, I thought I'd give this brand's shampoo and conditioner a shot - and let me tell you, I'm absolutely loving them. The formula is made specifically for my hair type, and I've noticed a big difference in how healthy and good my hair looks overall. The only downside is that I go through more conditioner than shampoo, so I kinda wish they had a bigger size available. But even with that, my curls have never looked this good before and I'm super happy with how everything turned out.

Function of Beauty was alright overall. I quite liked their products and thought the prices were reasonable. The delivery time was decent too, especially considering I ordered it as a gift. The website had a nice variety of options which made it easy to pick out what I wanted. However, the customer service could be better. Overall, it was an okay experience, but it definitely had room for improvement.

I was pumped to give the floral daydreamer shampoo and conditioner a shot after hearing great reviews. It arrived on time and I was pleasantly surprised by the smell - not too strong, but just enough to enjoy. My experience with the products was great, I would totally recommend them to others. But, I gotta warn ya about the terrible customer service I got. I reached out about a problem with my order, but all I got back was unhelpful, cookie-cutter responses that didn't actually help. It was like talking to a brick wall, no real attempt to fix my issue. Pretty disappointing to get such lousy support after being so impressed with the products.
Silicone-free conditioner with lavender
OMG, I am obsessed with this conditioner! It seriously makes my hair so ridiculously soft and silky, and the scent is like heaven. My hair is wavy and really fine, but this product is a game-changer for me. No more breakage or dryness, just hair perfection. The only thing that bugs me is that they should use a glass bottle instead of plastic for the environment. I mean, think about it! I would totally pay more for a glass bottle. Also, the pump could be better quality so it doesn't break and leave me heartbroken when I'm trying to get the last bit of conditioner out. Despite those little issues, this product is amazing and I am never going back to my old conditioner.

The custom hair products are seriously so good! I've been buying from them for a while now and the results are honestly amazing. But man, the prices keep climbing and the shipping costs are just rubbing salt in the wound. I had to cut ties with my subscription because it was getting too pricey. It's nice that you can find them in stores now, but I really hope they drop the prices a bit in the future.
