Prescription glasses order
I recently bought a pair of prescription glasses from an online store, eh. My experience has been really disappointing, eh. Took me 3 weeks to get my order, and when I finally got it, the frames had no prescription lenses and no thinning or blue light features that I paid for, eh. I tried contacting customer service through different ways but all I got was a generic response saying they'll check their warehouse for errors, eh. The lack of urgency and bad communication from the company is not cool, eh. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone looking for a good online shopping experience, eh.
Damaged sunglasses
Just got my sunglasses and they came in horrible shape. All scratched up and scuffed, seems like they were either returned or roughed up.

Before you splurge on some fancy sunglasses, it's super important to do your homework and research properly. You gotta make sure you're buying the real deal from legit sellers. I realized that VISUAL-CLICK ain't on the list of authorized sellers for big brands like Luxottica, Prada, Tom Ford, and Dior. Looks like they might be selling knockoffs instead of the real deal. Even if the knockoffs look pretty good, they're still not the genuine stuff. As a savvy shopper, I value honesty and authenticity when it comes to luxury purchases. So, I wouldn't recommend VISUAL-CLICK if you're after some legit designer shades.

I bought myself a sweet pair of designer sunglasses that I couldn't find in any stores I checked out in Milan or Paris. They were sold out, so I had to wait a few weeks for them to be shipped from Spain.
