CommunicationI just bought a pair of glasses from this company, and I gotta say, I'm pretty annoyed with the service I got. They first told me my glasses would be here by a certain date, but then they had to order them from the manufacturer and said they wouldn't come for over two weeks. That lack of communication and not being upfront about product availability is not cool. Customers shouldn't be misled like that, it just wastes their time and money. Taking our cash without having the products ready to go is shady, to say the least.
