Membership transfer issue
I switched over my account but got stuck halfway through my course because of a payment issue, even though I've had a lifetime membership since 2021. The chat bot on the new platform wasn't any help. I enjoyed my learning, but this problem is holding me back from advancing in my career. It needs to be fixed right away.
Online course activation issue
I bought an online course recently and had a problem activating it. They got it working right away, but when I tried to get back in later, it asked me to buy it again. I emailed customer support about it, and they got back to me in a few hours, saying there was a technical problem causing the issue. They fixed it quickly and I was able to access the material with no more problems. I'm really grateful for the fast response and how efficiently they solved the problem, making sure my experience as a customer was smooth. Thanks for dealing with the problem quickly and getting me back into the course materials.
Learning at the online school
This online school is amazing, eh? I really love being able to learn at my own speed and redo quizzes if I have to. It's so helpful for me since I get sick often and can't always keep up with regular school. The teachers are so nice and I feel like I'm actually learning a ton. I would totally recommend it to all my friends, you know!
Free IT education
I gotta tell ya, the free IT education from this academy is seriously top-notch. The way they teach and the info they share is like nothing else. I'm grateful for all the hard work they put in to give students such great learning resources.
Online classes
The online classes I took were super helpful and interesting. I found it really easy to join in and log on, which made it nice to learn from my couch at home. Having the option to reschedule or catch up on missed classes was amazing, it let me learn at my own speed. I loved being able to learn something new without breaking the bank or feeling rushed for time.
Online course purchase
Eh, so I took this online course, eh? It was pretty well-organized and the lessons were actually informative and helpful, you know? But then they go and update the app, and, what do you know, increase the fees! Now they're chargin' us even for just doin' the regular old assignments, eh? Like, before this update, you'd only get dinged for fees if you wanted extra stuff or to do an assessment early, you know what I'm sayin'?
Bought a lifetime membership 😕
I was stoked when I bought a lifetime membership a couple of years ago. But now when I tried to log in, my membership was gone! That's not right, they never mentioned it could be canceled! Not cool.
Unaffordable course fees
I can't afford to take any courses right now, but I'm still getting a lot out of this platform. I really wish there were more courses that are geared towards helping with careers, like library management and career counseling.
Online course purchase
It's pretty disappointing to see a company like that just keep on going with no one keeping an eye on them. I signed up for an online course and all I got was old stuff and no one would even answer my questions. Not being honest and doing shady stuff like that makes it so hard to tell others to use their service.

My experience with the online course subscription was really disappointing. I kept getting charged a lot each month but didn't get what was promised. The company didn't communicate well or explain things clearly, so it was hard to fix the problems I had. When I asked for a refund, they took too long to respond and didn't really help. Their answers to my questions weren't useful at all. In the end, I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone because of the bad time I had.

I've only finished the first two classes of the online course and I have to say, I have some mixed feelings about it so far. On the bright side, the platform is pretty easy to use and get around, which is a good thing. But, I wasn't too impressed with the content of those first two classes. The instructor's style seemed like it was meant for a younger crowd, asking basic questions about the metric system and sounding a bit patronizing during those "paying attention check" moments. I did enjoy the part about fashion history though, the slides were really clear and packed with good info.

The customer service reps didn't make it easy for me at all, eh. Also, the website seemed to just want me to buy things quickly without even thinking about it properly. When I tried to ask for a refund by email, I felt like they were trying to make me stay with free trials and extra stuff, so annoying.

This course was just what I needed - a quick review of what I've learned before and a look at what's coming next. It made it all make sense and showed me how everything fits together. The material was easy to understand and the exercises were super useful.

In today's busy world, unexpected things can come up, and being able to pause a class would be super useful. Also, I think the limit of three classes per week should be looked at again. Some of us, myself included, might have the time and motivation to take more classes in a week, so having that option would improve the learning experience. Lastly, I think the pricing of the courses could be clearer. If the prices for each course were clearly stated and the cost of certificates included in the course fee, it would avoid any confusion for customers.

Lifetime membership, photography diploma course
I signed up for a lifetime membership a few years ago and recently ran into some issues logging in because of a site migration. The support team was super quick to respond and gave me clear instructions on how to migrate my account. The new site, now called "Upskillist", is way better with improved navigation and no more annoying pop-ups. I first found the site through a Groupon deal for their photography diploma class and was really impressed with the live classes and personal touch. I decided to go all in with a lifetime membership and have been happy with the new courses they continue to add over time. There was a bit of a snag with a promised Masters level course that never happened, but the support team quickly refunded me and addressed my concerns. All in all, it's been a good experience with Upskillist and I'm glad to see them always looking to improve and add more courses.
Quick access, downloadable material, multiple-choice assignments
Having easy access to course materials and being able to download them whenever I want is super handy. I like that I don't have to rush to finish assignments by a certain deadline. But it's frustrating that I can't see my completed assignments or check my score afterward. Also, those annoying pop-ups trying to sell me more courses without letting me double-check the payment just bug me. It's unsettling not having control over that. Because of these issues, I can't give a perfect rating.
Diploma in Interior Design
I've been taking courses for a while now, eh, and let me tell you, this interior design diploma is just amazing, eh! My teacher is awesome and I've learned a ton. I can't wait to get my certificate and start working, eh!
