Bonus points disappointment
I was pretty let down by my recent visit to 24 Sevres. I bought something that was supposed to give me a 10% bonus in points, but when I looked at my account, I only got 5%. It was annoying, especially because I picked that item specifically to get the bonus points. When I reached out to customer service to ask about it, they said I actually got 0% bonus points, which wasn't mentioned in the terms and conditions at all. This lack of clarity left a bad taste in my mouth and made me wonder if the rewards program was really on the level. Overall, this experience wasn't as good as my past dealings with the brand.

I recently signed up for a subscription service that offers a bunch of informative documentaries and series. The interface is super easy to use, so I can easily browse through all the content and find something that catches my eye. The quality of the documentaries varies from good to excellent, and it makes for a really enjoyable viewing experience. Even though I don't use the service all the time, I think it's a great way to learn more about different topics. I had a little issue with the billing amount recently, but when I contacted customer service, they took care of it right away. Overall, I would definitely recommend this service to any friends or family who are into educational stuff.

Quick and efficient service
The customer service rep I spoke with was really helpful and knew their stuff. They fixed my problem super quickly, within just an hour of me sending an email. My order was also shipped out on the same day and is now on its way to me. I'm really happy with the help I got and definitely think others should give them a try. They deserve a solid 5 Stars!

Quick access, downloadable material, multiple-choice assignments
Having easy access to course materials and being able to download them whenever I want is super handy. I like that I don't have to rush to finish assignments by a certain deadline. But it's frustrating that I can't see my completed assignments or check my score afterward. Also, those annoying pop-ups trying to sell me more courses without letting me double-check the payment just bug me. It's unsettling not having control over that. Because of these issues, I can't give a perfect rating.

Missed flight due to Hotels.com error
I had a really bad experience with Hotels.com when I missed my flight because of them. I reached out to the hotel to see if we could work something out for my reservation and they were super nice about it, offering to help and give me a refund. But when it came to Hotels.com, they were not willing to budge at all and wouldn't let the hotel do anything to help me out. Their lack of flexibility and unhelpful attitude was so disappointing and frustrating for me as a customer. I would definitely recommend that others steer clear of using their services.

Minecraft Modding 1:1 lectures
I just wanted to share that my kid has been taking Minecraft modding classes for a while now. It all started during Covid, and it has really helped him stay interested and eager to learn. He's gotten pretty good at Java thanks to these classes. The instructors have switched up a bit, but they've all been really nice and my son has never had any complaints. And on top of that, I've had no issues with communication either.
