I bought a Marie Antoinette candle at this store not long ago, and when it arrived, I was bummed because it was damaged. The nose side of the candle had no protection, so it ended up being all messed up. I got in touch with customer service, and they asked me to send photos two different times to prove that the damage was caused by the lack of cushioning. After going back and forth for a week, all they offered me was a refund of $20 for a candle that I paid over $100 for. That's not cool because the candle is pretty much useless now.

More time has gone by and still nothing has been done. I've given all the documents needed, and at this point, it feels like I've been waiting forever. I asked to speak to a manager but haven't heard from anyone.
