24 Sevres - Reviews and experiences

I bought a Marie Antoinette candle at this store not long ago, and when it arrived, I was bummed because it was damaged. The nose side of the candle had no protection, so it ended up being all messed up. I got in touch with customer service, and they asked me to send photos two different times to prove that the damage was caused by the lack of cushioning. After going back and forth for a week, all they offered me was a refund of $20 for a candle that I paid over $100 for. That's not cool because the candle is pretty much useless now.

I had a good experience with the delivery to the Poste office, but returning the item at the DHL office was a bit of a pain. It wasn't as easy and quick as I had hoped for, especially after the smooth initial delivery. The customer service reps weren't as helpful as I thought they would be, which made the return process even more frustrating. In the end, the delivery to the Poste office was awesome, but the return didn't quite meet my expectations.

I can't believe the customer service I got from 24 Sevres was a joke. First of all, ordering was a total pain - it took ages to actually complete the purchase. Then, when my order showed up, the shoes were all wrecked. I got in touch with customer service right away to complain, but got no response. Zilch. It's ridiculous how they can treat people like that. I sent the shoes back as told, but haven't heard a peep from them since. No refund, no new pair of shoes. It's just not right!

I grabbed a pair of black jeans and a cool graphic t-shirt, but the jeans ended up being a different shade than I thought. Luckily, returning them was a breeze and I got my refund quicker than expected. The packaging was top-notch and everything was in perfect shape when it arrived.
